I'm very pleased with the cleaning and restoration of my old silk Turkish rug. This work was carried out by Pars Rug Gallery. They kindly repaired the fringes on both ends using silk.

The restoration of my rug resulted in an 'as new' appearance and was a perfect job. It took a long while but was worth the wait. Contacts with Pars were always most courteous and professional.

I bought 2 cushions online from Pars Rugs . They took the cost from my account immediately . Then told me that they were out of stock and they would refund me the full cost . Nearly six weeks later and many calls and emails I have not received my refund . Whatever is going on it is not a company that I would want to do business with ever again .

Our Kashan carpet is looking very good after it's clean and the new fringe makes all the difference. Pars service was always helpful and informative. I would certainly recommend them.

A much used, and abused, Chinese wool rug has been beautifully cleaned. We were advised also to have the colours restored (not sure what that process is but it worked) and the fringes replaced.
From collection to return delivery was 3 months and well worth the wait. We are delighted.

My carpet has been beautifully cleaned and repaired and looks like new. The missing star is because I lost contact for a while, but in the end I needn't have worried (but I did).

From start to finish it was very easy to work with the company. I have a large 12ftx 9ft rug that needed a very deep clean and moth treatment. It was recommended to also have some mending done which I hadn't thought of and WOW! What an amazing repair job!!!! Incredible!!!! I am 110% satisfied with the service and price and look forward to enjoying my rug for many years!

The customer service is brilliant, they let you know what is going on every step of the way. I really didn't think the rug was repairable as my dog had chewed it, but they have done a fantastic job looks brand new. Would definitely recommend this company 100%

Found Pars Rugs Gallery on eBay as we were looking for a new rug for our recently restored hallway floor. We travelled to Southampton from London to meet Arash at his showroom , they have such an incredible range of beautiful rugs. Arash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered a 1st class service. It could so easily have been a wasted journey but we are really pleased we made the effort - I will definitely buy from the company again and when needed use their rug cleaning service. I was allocated Pars Rug Gallery as part of an insurance claim for a candle melting on to my inherited Chinese rug.Arash came out in person to collect the rug & assured me that they could fully restore the rug. Even to refringing it. I therefore arranged for him to take the other matching rug for cleaning & refringing at my own cost. I was thrilled with the restoration work & the rugs have been restored to their former glory. I was able to do a video call to see the restored rugs side by side before delivery back to me in person by Arash. My only problem was that after an initial email confirming collection of the rug it seems that the company had not logged in my correct email address so communication was erratic thereafter via telephone until the mystery of undelivered email invoice was solved.
This apart I would highly recommend Arash & team for their expert craftsmanship.

Our rug looks fantastic having been cleaned with such care, and we are thrilled with the finished result. Today I collected this much loved rug....a wedding gift from my father. After cleaning and restoration, a truly
professional and sensitive transformation, by a very skilled team, led by Arash and Abhishek.
It took several months, but was well worth the wait!
I await a similar outcome with a Turkish rug that I should be able to collect at the end of February 2025!

I had an old Persian rug inherited from family which was damaged and beginning to fall apart and for only sentimental reasons I wanted it repaired. Pars inspected it and gave me three options depending on the level of repair up to full restoration and cost. I am absolutely delighted with the result which was sensitively carried out by experienced craftsmen with several consultations during the process.

Pars rug gallery performed an excellent job on the restoration of my Turkish carpet. The initial advice I received regarding the nature of the work that might be needed along with alternative treatments was helpful and the collection of my carpet very prompt - advice on wrapping the rug for transport was also given. After an initial clean a report was produced by the Pars team including photographs advising further work needed. I opted for work that included rebinding and attention to frayed areas. The Pars staff were knowledgeable, always helpful and accessible, providing confidence that a good service was being given. As expected I was delighted with the rennovation work achieved by Pars - brighter colours and strengthend fabrick condition - and would happily recommend them to anyone seeking to restore a valued rug or carpet. The work wasn't cheap and took time, but worthwhile restoration requires adequate resourcing and the results in this instance represented great value for money.
