Great experience, they accepted the return of the wrong Dell battery and sent the correct one which fit right in and it works great. The laptop even identifies it is a true Dell battery and not a knock off.

So I send in my Dell G3 laptop that won't power on. So they replace the Mainboard. I also send with my laptop a BRAND NEW power supply. When I get the laptop back I received a lower quality DIFFERENT power supply and my Dell G3 suddenly has a partially swollen battery that was different than what was in my Dell when I sent it in. Luckily I took photos of all of the other internal components (memory, upgraded NVME SSD, upgraded Wireless NIC) but didn't take a photo of the battery or power supply. There were also some internal component screws missing. If you have to get your Dell laptop fixed I would send it to them but make SURE you take photos of all of your components and include printouts with your laptop when you send it to them..

The Website and Youtube videos were an exceptional help. It would have been even better to show the reverse procedure and mention that the screws around the plates were different sizes. The part arrived in tact and was securely packaged. I don't usually rate a five-star, but this company deserves it.

A Dell service tech recommended y'all as he said you were very friendly, courteous, professional, and would save money. I chuckled to myself because having lived a portion of my youth in Louisiana with many Texan friends to boot, and now residing north of that Mason-Dixon up in Pennsylvania, this guy was spot-on in that "very friendly and courteous" department (lol). So I jumped at the chance to save $$$ and ordered a new battery. Awesome website. Easy to find my exact product using my service tag number (nice touch)! I received item much quicker than expected (for real). When tech returned a few days later to install a new hard drive, as a courtesy he popped in the new battery. Of course, your how-to video would've worked too (yep, I watched it). Bottom line? I'm more than pleased with y'all and promise to share my good fortune with family and friends (for sure)!
