The Parts People site is helpful. I was able to search for all the Dell Related parts I needed and received it in a timely. This is always my first stop when looking for Dell parts.

My Dell Touchpad arrived as expected. I needed to tweak the lock down piece to get it to physically click correctly, but that was manageable with the purchased laptop toolset.

Needed a battery my Dell XPS13. I friend recommended the site. My order was easy and I really liked the site verifying the new batter by asking for the serial number. I used another link to get directions on how to install the battery and it works like new. Will definitely use the Parts People website in the future.

Good experience. The part I ordered was for the laptop, but there were two versions of the laptop one with discrete graphics AMD chip, and the fan and pipes were for the one w/o. I was able to rig the units up and it worked. Other than that it was great experience. Good service and fast response.

I haven´t installed my replacement part, but I got it very quickly so it was a plus to know I can count on the services, would definitely recommend!!!

I purchased original dell battery where the price posted was $119.95 + $18 shipping, total of $137.95.
Translated to Canadian: $148.60 + $22.30 = $170.90.
A several days later I received bill from FedEx for import fee of $47.97US which is $59.43. Therefore I paid total of $185.92US or $230.33 CAD.
I checked the Parts People site and there is nowhere stated that the product they sell is subject to import fee along with other fees. Have I known this up front I would never purchase such overpriced item. Having said that, I would never consider buying there due to lack of transparency.

The package arrived on time as scheduled. Satisfied with the quality of my ordered item. Properly packaged and wrapped. Ordered before and definitely will order again in the future if the parts i needed is available.
