I had purchased a battery replacement for my Dell 9575. They were very quick to provide updates on the same and process my order. Their comprehensive guide on how to replace the part was also very helpful.

This was the easiest purchase I have ever made regarding my laptop. Information needed was documented clearly. How to put the battery in was clear. Best yet the cost was within my budget. I really thought I would have to buy a new computer. I would recommend this to everyone.

The battery works well. When I first installed it the touch pad on my laptop stopped working but after opening it back up and closing it, the touchpad is working again.

We ordered a new LCD screen for a DELL XPS laptop. The old one had failed - it was producing an error signal and the screen was not working.

The part received was correct, well packaged, and it arrived very quickly. Their price was good too. It was easy to install with their fairly good online manuals.

They lose one star for communication and helpfulness. I really wasn't sure about the exact part number and so I emailed them, and received no response. I rang twice and received minimal help. I was a bit surprised - if all you do is Dell Parts, surely you could answer a question about an error signal from a Dell computer? Maybe they have a bit of an "assembly line" culture? No thinking, just doing....

Their lack of help meant I had to do more online research to confirm that ordering this part would fix the problem. Fortunately it worked.

Ordered a small part on 1-31-2022....waited for over a week...status on item on USPS always read "Waiting for item" took me to "chat" with them to get a RMA one sent out...they told me they would do this "a one time RMA" are you kidding me ? Why was the first one never sent ? (Used excuse of ice in Texas.. ??) ... Also said sometime USPS don't always update their web site... (right)... I will never order from these "Parts-People" again... beware....

I would have given a 3 because the website recommended the wrong replacement plug and therefore I ordered and received the wrong plug for my laptop but customer service was great and sent me the correct plug with free shipping… and a label to send the wrong one back. All I had to do was pay for the difference in price. The no hassle customer service bumped it up to 5 stars. I also ordered replacement batteries and they work perfectly. I only order Dell laptops so this webstore has genuine dell parts. Will buy from them again.

Everything seems good - the part arrived on time and was packaged carefully. My only request is that the video about installing the part (for a Dell Latitude E7250) went at a slower pace, so I could make sure I get it installed correctly.
