Good and quick service. Unfortunately, the part I ordered was not compatible with my computer (although it was listed to be so). I was able to return the item without difficulty.

Parts-People has a vast inventory of Dell parts and they repair Dell computers in an efficient, cost effective way. They've repaired 2 computers and sold me parts on another occasion. They're a tremendous resource for a Dell owner.

Battery TM9HP appears to work fine in my 13-7350. However, only the top screw tabs line up. The bottom tabs don’t, and the stiffener bar doesn’t line up with the tabs nor can I secure it. I can no longer snap the bottom edge of the kb shell.

The part I needed, and it shipped faster than they promised. Well packaged and undamaged. Great job!

Everything went well. I did consider returning the item but was dismayed it would cost me 15% to do so. I was just going to increase the size of the hard drive but to costly.

Very quick delivery. Thank you. However, I have now discovered that I don't have the tools to swap out the battery in my Dell 7275 (a teeny tiny philips head) so have to find a specialist anyway. I was hoping to DYI the whole thing myself.
