So Fast!
Got the keyboards fast, look as good as new, thanks, will be back, we seem to go through a lot of these. EDIT after submission.... Parts arrived promptly (replaced bad hard drive with an SSD). Video was accurate and helpful. Replacement was much quicker and easier than getting Windows 10 reinstalled.

I received my order and it works just…
I received my order and it works just fine! It was a DC input power jack. I previously ordered the same part from Amazon and it didn't work. The DC input power jack connects the battery charger to the laptop. It indicated the charger was connected, but not charging. While I was in the process of replacing the Amazon DC input jack, I noticed the connection was loose. When I installed the correct one, there was an immediate result! In the future just order Dell parts for Dell computers!
