Although I was skeptical about purchasing from an unknown (to me) website, the forums specifying that you guys were the real deal made me make the purchase finally. Order got shipped on the 8th of April, and arrive slightly less than a week after (which is great, all things considered). Product (a Dell 97Wh OEM battery) came in a neat package, with great drop insulation material (foam, but the good kind). Product is working as intended and I'm back to not depending on the AC adapter so much. The product looks like the real deal, so I can see the truth behind your banner ("The Dell experts since 2002"). The small letter within the package reassured me that I was dealing with reliable vendors, a welcome change from other vendors I have had to deal in the past. I received three emails in total (related to the order), but the speed at which everything was processed left me stunned; Amazon hasn't been that fast lately.

Great Dell oem palmrest. I am a Dell field Service tech so it was good seeing a new part for a low cost. Daughter has had laptop since 2014 and so far it is working as new again.

I placed my order for a refurbished Dell laptop (complete top lid) screen. They shipped it the same day and was here within days! It was exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition. Everything works as it should (webcam, mic, face ID, touch screen). After a quick YouTube "how-to", I had it installed in 20 mins. Easy breezy.

The upper and bottom cover of my Dell laptop were broken after falling on the Floor. Parts people adviced me which parts I should buy and I got the missing parts in excellent price.
I replaced the upper and bottom covers of my laptop with the new parts I received from Parts People and now my Laptop looks like new, much better than before the falling.
