I ordered a truck part from Parts Geek, and unfortunately the package was lost by UPS. While I understand that shipping carriers sometimes lose packages, my frustration is with how the sit... See more

I got a part through Walmart and when i tried to ask a question on the mismanufaqctured part, the reply was essentially "it is what it is".
This company SUCKS!!!!!
Ordered a pulley for a Jeep TJ
Ordered a pulley for a Jeep TJ; they sent a hose assembly for a Toyota. I was refunded the cost of the part but not for the shipping, and I had to pay the shipping to send it back. Absolute trash of a company. STAY AWAY!

I ordered three ac condenser for kenworth trucks, first one was 100 percent ,second was not, totally incorrect unit, and damaged. It was ordered using the first unit exact part number. Called partgeek was told that because it was more then 7 days of delivery I'm stuck with the part.odered the third unit was exact to first . Very inconsistent in parts as a truck shop manager i can't have that. I will look into other suppliers.
Disappointed …
I called and spoke to a lady about the axle I needed for my truck. Told here I needed a 5 lug axle gave here information on my truck and vin # She said they have the part I needed I ask her to make sure it is 5 lug, She said it is. Then I asked about return policy She told me they pay return shipping within 30 days. The axle arrived in 3 days and it was a 6 lug axle I need 5 lug. Called and told them filled out email on return they sent information in email with all of instructions but not a pre paid return label called on Saturday explained told me they will take care of it in 12 hours. They sent same email but no pre paid label call Today Sunday explained all to them again said they will send it in 12 hours. PS I never removed axle out of the box just opened the end to see if it was 5 or 6 lug it was 6 my truck takes a 5 lug. They don't have a email for contact so can not send pictures or explain in writing al they have is you have to call them.
BUYER BEWARE
Refund denied even though package was never opened
I ordered a transmission oil cooler. Upon receiving I immediately noticed it was the wrong part. When I contacted them they emailed me the return instructions. I paid $26.50 to return a $43.00 part. The package arrived all taped up weird. I never opened the package. About a week later I received an email stating the product was damaged and they would not be issuing a refund. I replied with the details regarding how it arrived and was never opened. I replied again demanding a refund. They finally replied saying if I sent pictures of what it looked like when I received it they would investigate further. I will never use Parts Geek again and advise everyone to find any alternative to this company.
Beware if you have a Suite or PO Box address
On 7-17-26, I ordered and paid for two parts and was given an order number. My credit card was correctly billed. I received an order confirmation email. The next morning I received another email saying the order had been cancelled but provided no explanation. I looked at my Geek account but it provided no reason for the cancellation. I called Geek and after waiting about ten minutes, I finally got someone. He said the order was cancelled because I was having it sent to my mailing address, which is a Suite and PO Box number and that Geek cannot deliver there. I note that Amazon sends orders there all the time. The time to tell me of this policy is when I placed the order, not 18 hours later after my credit card was billed and that had the email notice said why it was cancelled, I could have avoided the long phone wait and the call itself. This was my first ever Geek order and is my last. Now there will be at least an 18 hour delay in my getting the parts, if not more, all because Geek failed to tell me about this policy at the time the order was placed.
insurance..denied
Including shipping and insurance... I paid $137 dollars for my car part.... I thought because I paid for insurance that I was safe.No matter what..... They provided three photos that the part was at my house... I got three women at my house that say they never saw the box.. Parts geek will not honor my insurance claim... They say they are not responsible for\Deliveries stolen from my house. So I am out$137.....

Deliberately misleading pictures and false
advertisement on car parts they are selling definitely selling. I went to 2 shops and pay for the labor so they can match up the part I brought for this company. And I took it a step further and reached out to them about the part prior to my 30 days. The same day the first shop told me that the part would not fit I
went to auto ozone to confirm the part number was common to what auto zone has in there system. I called and spoke to a guy at part geeks to confirm the part I purchased and I told them that the part will not fit for my car because the head of the plug is much different. I called again today to let part geeks know that the part is false to what my actual part looks like and it’s not the correct fit as manufactured. I then asked to speak to a manager and they did not get me one. Only the guy said someone will call back within 24hrs to speak to me. I literally just wanted to
believe that this company did not commit fraud and false advertisement on my model vehicle. My model part are very hard to come by. I will NEVER FORGET WHAT I EXPERIENCED WITH THIS COMPANY. “Park
Geeks are suppose to know that it will fit your car”. “Park Geeks states they observe the part by make, model and VIN to determine if the part will fit”. They do not go by the this at all!!! Sadly. I paid for protection warranty for 1 year. I would like a full refund and for the company to cover the entire shipping fees. My part can only be purchased from the dealership. There is no after market part for my vehicle for that part. It was declared!!
Sales person sent wrong part. Nightmare to return item.
Sales person sent wrong part. The item return was a nightmare, frustrating and a waste of my time and gas.
They are the worst company to deal with…
They are the worst company to deal with if you get a damaged part. You have to take like 15 plus pics and deal with them for over 3 days. Only to find out you need to buy the part again. And they might send you a return label at some point in your life. Then they hold your $ for the part for another 7 to 10 days after they receive the broken part back. Long story short they get you anyway they can. I am over $30 in shipping now for two parts that should have been $12. I will never use this company again. They are crooks. And want to swindle you.
Cheap parts / poor customer service
Cheap parts and the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and had returned it which i had to pay the shipping for. They claimed I kept the hardware from the part and refused my return and sent the part back to me.. I get the part back again.. and the hardware is in the box. Currently going through a paypal claim with them. Their customer service reps are terrible to talk to as well. 0 stars if I could.

I've order some brake rotors for a 2000 f350 they sent some for a obs a 90s model rotor I cant use when im trying to ship they make like I made a error and click 4x4 which I know my truck is 2wd and they would not give me a return label or money back anything please people be careful with parts geek they scamming horrible place to deal with
Rip Offs
They have the wrong description for a fuel pump that was supposedly for my car and they sent the wrong part. I refused delivery on the advice of their customer service rep and now I'm getting the runaround on my refund. Foreigners on the customer service line are rude and unhelpful.
Horrible
Horrible. Ordered 3 times and every time it got automatically cancelled, tried a whole different card/person ordering, still cancelled. Customer service just simply said “sorry I don’t know what’s going on and cannot help you” I said I’ll gladly order elsewhere he said “okay sorry about that”
Shipped wrong part
Shipped wrong part. Basic shock absorber and the bushing bore size was half what was supposed to be even with the make, model and Vin. Now getting huge run around to return. Several requests for picks, then they claim part looks scratched in pic ( only been out of the box for their pics as it was clearly wrong size). Their customer service is a scam hoping to get you to give up on the return. If you value your time, don't buy from them!

Ordered an 8 piece brake rotor combo
Ordered an 8 piece brake rotor combo. Only got 6. Reached out to customer support and they said to blame FedEx. Blame the shipping company for a sealed package that was missing items? Use this place at your own risk.
If I could give this company NEGATIVE…
If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars, I would. I made a purchase for some car parts in April, after being assured by their rep that these were the correct parts. $660 later they were NOT! Company refused return stating that they had been used. The mechanic took the parts out and attempted to install but they would not fit. How do you classify this as used. They refused to give my my money back after returning the parts to them. I would NOT have ordered the parts if not ONE but TWO representatives assured me that they were a match for my car. I have the text transcript and yet the company still says it’s not their fault. What a bunch of BS!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. Deceitful and untrustworthy.
complete steering kit purchase
I purchased a complete steering kit that says garenteed fit for a 1982 f150. This included the tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, sleeves. I wasnt able to install right away and now the 30 day return isnt possible. All of this kit fit except the four ball joints. I paid $113.00 for the kit and then had to pay another $191.00 for the ball joints. I cant return them now. I guess thats my burden to trust Partsgeek on a so called "exact fit" purchase.
Find parts easy for great price
Had to replace multiple parts on the front of my VW Passat 2.0 TDI after hitting a deer their site was incredibly easy to use making the parts very easy to find. Most importantly nearly all of the parts I bought were OEM and had hardly any markups compared to other online automotive parts stores
