When I didn’t receive my order I called up the customer care team. It transpired that the 3rd party delivery team had delivered the parcel to the wrong house.
The customer care representative was able to arrange for a swift delivery which arrived the next day just in time for the party

One of the baubles is damaged
One of the baubles is damaged. The glue has come off the bottom of the tree so the tree is just lying at the bottom of the bauble 🙁. I need 8 for my table so it’s a bit disappointing.

Quality good, packing disappointing
Although the overall quality of the items is good, unfortunately it appeared that little care or thought had gone into the packing of the items. They just appeared to have been thrown into a box. In fact several of the items had squashed and damaged packaging which is disappointing as they are gifts.

Gold Metallic Balloon bundle
Bought Gold Metallic Balloon bundle - really disappointed. They look cheap, yellow looking gold -not a true reflection of the pic on the website. One of the balloons had a hole in it so wouldn't inflate and not all the balloons had string. The helium cylinder at £29.99 only filled 5 balloons in the set!
On a positive note the table runner and napkins were very good quality.

Lovely bright and vivid colours
Lovely bright and vivid colours. When I go to shops I see colour has been hugely lost from products. I bought Santa advent calendar and some of the Pom Pom had fallen out so extra glue needs to be supplied for this.
