Faulty balloons
Hi,
I was really disappointed The majority of the balloon I purchased had holes in them and were useless!
It was my my 40th bday and I bought 2 x helium canisters to blow them up costing me £100.
It was disappointing that I hardly had any balloon at a special celebration. I was advised to blow them
Up just prior to the event so therefore couldn't go out and get my alternatives!

Speedy and tasty
Exceeded my expectations in many ways. Really speedy delivery and the cake was really tasty! The picture came out better than I expected as well. All in all it was brilliant, I highly recommend!

Late birthday cupcakes
I have used party pieces for quiet a while for numerous occasions, this time I ordered some cupcakes for my granddaughter for her 6th birthday which was on the 25th February I ordered them to be delivered on Friday 24th so we could take them for her party on the Saturday 25th which was early afternoon but they didn’t arrive till the evening, I was disappointed as she didn’t have them until the Monday, I have been generally pleased with all the other times I have ordered, so could improve on the dates delivered on time.

Great selection
Great selection of ballons I was after a set of ballons and was great they all came together as a lot of places you only got 1 ballon in a box the box did come damaged and dented but thankfully the ballons were fine

Awful service
Awful service. Goods ordered came 1 week late despite paying for fast delivery. Goods returned as too late to use at cost of 10 pounds. No refund ever given.
No response to complaint ever received. Would never use this company again. I am sorry to say this as I love the Princess of Wales but the service was appauling.
Also having complained in June still awaiting a reply and refund. Will never use this company again
