Fast and free shipping. Quality parts ordered. Was not an exact fit though. Had to trim the driver side sun shield to fit around the wiper/washer control

I signed up for an account. The website said free shipping when you sign up. And then I never could figure out where to put in a code or anything to get free shipping on my first order. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve given them five stars.

There was some ambiguity regarding what was included with the part. The support person promptly answered my questions and all was well.

Usually ships in 2 or 3 days could turn into 18 days.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because customer service was nice when I talked to them. A couple days have passed and I get an e-mail saying they need additional information or my review will be taken offline but I can't find a place to leave the info. Now I am beginning to understand why I only seen good reviews for Partzilla

I contacted Partzilla a couple of times today looking for OEM Honda parts. Both times the reps were extremely helpful and got me the info I needed in a very timely manner! Awesome!

I mistakenly selected the incorrect part and did not notice until after the purchase. They were swift to resolve this before the part was shipped and then I would’ve had the back n forth and more time wasted. Greatly appreciate the excellent customer service.
