Seemed good initially but poor aftercare
I bought a bag as a gift. The buying experience was easy enough and the product arrived on time and appeared to be of good quality, however after only a couple of uses the strap for the inner laptop compartment came off. I got no response from Pasal after messaging on the 'contact us' page of the website and had to email them a few days later. Pasal offered to replace the bag with a different design as mine was no longer available, but I asked for a partial refund instead as the original design was preferred and the bag was still usable. I never got a reply to this request so have received neither refund nor replacement item.
