Have not received the order we placed and paid for online. Have had no response from the company despite emailing 3 times to enquire about the order.

We have ordered its been a while now, no response, they have written refunded but have not received any money back ...please reply our emails and send our money back...

This seems to be a scam. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still now news and no reply to my emails...

Like everyone else, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and paying for something that will clearly never arrive.
I had registered with them so I could track my order and this worked all of once. Now my password is not recognised and although they sent an auto-email with reset your password, it doesn't work.
No response to email, cannot phone them as no Tel no exists.
They appear on sites like Etsy still appearing to flog items, so if anyone does manage to get a hold of them, please post here.
Currently I am raising a transaction dispute with my credit card company.

They are a scam company - no goods received, no reply to emails. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Never arrived no response from customer services.. item shows as placed but never dispatched. Do not order you may be disappointed.
Raise a dispute via your bank and get your money back via there charge back system.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago. Have emailed and messaged repeatedly for an update but have received no response at all. Really bad-do not buy from this company.

Written 2 emails so far, ordered a month ago and as yet got no confirmation it has even been sent and no reply from my emails, thinking I've just lost my money really

Scam. Ordered nearly a month ago, nothing has arrived & they don’t respond to emails. Do not buy from this company.

Scam company! Don’t use them!
Waited two weeks for a delivery that didn’t come now it’s been nearly two weeks waiting on my refund. No one is replying to my email of which I’ve sent at least five and obviously unable to get through on the phone.

Ordered something on 13/03/2023, and paid including international delivery charges however no update received on 28/03/2023 I receive the email saying item could not be shipped so it will be refunded since then waiting for refund till date.

Paid £43.82 for "Multipurpose Hanging Basket Brackets Outdoor Indoor" (as titled) and received no confirmation email, instead received a phishing email with a link which I did not click. Items were ordered 11th April 2023, today is the 29th and still nothing. I will try to get my refund via my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

The order was not fulfilled after 3 weeks. The automated customer service currently seems untrustworthy. The item was purchased via Paypal, which provides a UK contact number for Pasal purchase enquiries. Unless Pasal responds directly by email or telephone, I will probably cancel this order and request a refund.

3 weeks for an order to arrive and absolutely no communication from them, tried emailing 3 times and no response, completely ignored.
Don't take people's money if you can't reply to an email to say when they'll get what they paid for.

Should have read reviews before buying. What a load of crooks. No attempt to ship goods or respond to email.
Dreadful, avoid at all costs.
Hope they close down soon.

First item bought direct from website, was delivered by amazon…and having subsequently opened it much later after delivery to find it is the wrong item

Before realising the above attempted to order a second item…which i paid in full, but had no update to its delivery. Tried contacting Pasal on numerous occasions - ended up having to request refund through Paypal as no contact whatsoever from Pasal.

Shame.Such a disappointment

Extremely disappointed.
After reading recent reviews, obviously this is not a good company to order from.
