Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Cheaper quality than what I ordered. Also item arrived much later than expected. The only good point is they refunded quickly before I returned wrong item.

Good and competitive
I came across this company as I was looking for Indian Pressure cookers. The price was competitive compared to Amazon and other suppliers. The delivery charge was nominal and the product arrived in 3 days. Hawkins pressure cooker is the most popular company in India so I assume it will be of the same standards. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely do business again

Worst most horrendous customer service
Worst most horrendous customer service, I was accused of trying to steal an item and get a refund when I told them to have it picked up from my house. The item wasn't the size I expected to get which on the ad it said 50 inch 44 inch and 30 inch yet didn't have a size chart to PICK the size I wanted so I assumed it was one size with many clips to resize from 50inch downward, and they sent me out one that was 44 inch which didn't even fit and I am 42 waist... When I asked for a refund they said WE KNOW BUYERS HOW THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES to get this money I dont want your crappy stuff you send out have it picked up. HORRENDOUS customer service..> DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU!
