Clearly just a drop shipping company - no relationship with the product at all. Promised postage within 3-days and nothing was even posted 7 days after order. Got a refund pretty quickly. One to avoid

Nearly 3 weeks later - no news of the order - no response to emails sent. No response to a message placed on the company's question forum on their website. No update information provided at all. No way to run a business!
A look at another company's website instead to order similar items would be very wise.

Item never received
One star because sadly I have never received the item. When I queried this, the order was simply cancelled without explanation and the money refunded. This is my third request for a review.

Still "processing" after a month.
Purchased some Shin Ramyun noodles last month and my order still remains at "processing". No response from emails, requests...nothing. Stole my money.
Will change my review if they do something about it though.

Overall good service
The item is gorgeous however delivery was very slow - it took over a week to arrive when estimated delivery was 3-5 days. However, to Pasal's credit, they refunded the cost of the item and let me keep it as it arrived after the date of the event I had ordered it for. So that's great. Thank you.
