One star because sadly I have never received the item. When I queried this, the order was simply cancelled without explanation and the money refunded. This is my third request for a review.

Still "processing" after a month.
Purchased some Shin Ramyun noodles last month and my order still remains at "processing". No response from emails, requests...nothing. Stole my money.

Overall good service
The item is gorgeous however delivery was very slow - it took over a week to arrive when estimated delivery was 3-5 days. However, to Pasal's credit, they refunded the cost of the item and let me keep it as it arrived after the date of the event I had ordered it for. So that's great. Thank you.
