Deplorable B&B with no scruples

Booked a hotel in Brighton this weekend. Due to the FIRST ever RED weather warning, I requested to cancel or rearrange the booking. They said I would still have to pay full price and no other options offered. Disgusting benefitting from a natural disaster. If I had gone, I'd have been putting my own and other people's lives at risk and going directly against government advice to not make any non essential journeys and to avoid the coast. Utterly appalling service.
