DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. The photos I was sent through the post and digitally were refused by the passport authority. The following is displayed on the Paspic website:
"Our system is so accurate that 99.5% of all our passport photos are approved upon the first submission to your country’s passport office. If in the unlikely instance that your Paspic passport photos are rejected, we’ll give you your money back."
I have emailed this company twice requesting a refund of £7.50 and have heard nothing back from their customer service department. I will keep emailing them until my refund is received.

DO NOT use this service!

DO NOT use this service! Like many others here I ordered photos to have them NEVER arrive. Even after emailing and calling no one comes back to you. Getting a passport is stressful enough without this to deal with as well! AVOID!

Paspic provide best service for passport photo.

Paspic makes it so easy to take a photograph and deliver a government regulation estimate photograph. The way toward taking the photograph and submitting it to the application was simple. Paspic is Easy, snappy, and economical. I am more than satisfied with my request. Will arrange again if the need emerges.

Thanks, Paspic

Appalling service

Appalling service. Phoned 5 times to understand status of order and claim refund as pictures did not arrive in time. Every time I was told that I would be called back - and never received those calls. I will not stop until I receive the refund but it is unacceptable customer services team.

I ordered too many pictures

I ordered too many pictures, and they were really slow in amending my order. Other than that the service was fantastic. The pictures were first-class. Would definitely use it again.

Perfect service - recommended.

After a nightmare of a trip to a photo booth, I ordered 2 photos from Paspic for passports on a Thursday (one for a 3 year old, one for an 18 month old).
The price was the same as the photo booth for 4 photos (£6).
The prints arrived on Saturday. The heads had been straightened and background altered to remove shadows.
Forms for Passports posted on the Monday and passports have now arrived 8 days later.
Great advice on taking the pictures, perfect service, easy and problem free.

Extremely poor service, will never use again!!

I placed an order early Wednesday for baby passport pics. I was informed by email that the order was approved/confirmed and I would receive the photos within 2 days. Wednesday evening I received another email confirming dispatch by First class delivery.

On this guarantee, I booked an appointment with the passport office for the following Monday. After nothing came through by late Friday, I tried to contact Paspic to find out the ETA. I was informed by a 'receptionist' that no one was available and I can email or leave my number and someone would be in touch soon. I did both.
After no response by phone or email, I called again on Saturday with same results. In total, I emailed 3 times and phoned 4 times (each about 6-8 hrs apart) with no response. Every time I phoned I was told there was no one to take my call and quickest way was email. Even my request for a simple tracking number for the so-called 'first class delivery' went unheeded, and in effect was told to bugger off by multiple rude 'receptionists' over the 2 days.

I finally got a callback Saturday evening to inform that the confirmations were sent in error, and as the photos were not acceptable they were not printed (let alone dispatched), so they will issue a refund.

I was unable to cancel my appointment for Monday (which I had already paid over £100 for, and was non-refundable) because they needed two working days notice. Also, by then it was too late for me to have them printed locally.

I used the service on the guarantee that photos would be delivered in 2 days and a stress-free experience. I ended up having my time wasted, being frustrated, stressed, and over a £100 down.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

In response to your below reply:
It's extremely annoying that you are trying to justify your mistake by saying "We sent you an email by error on Wednesday and phoned to apologise to you on Saturday to give you time to purchase a new passport photo at a local supplier (say Snappy Snaps in Kingston) on Sunday in good time".

Informing me almost 4 days after the order was placed that it was never processed is extremely unprofessional, to say the least. Also, I was not able to get a photo from the local supplier on Sunday as you so 'helpfully' suggested below, as my wife and baby were staying at the time in Essex with her sister, and I was away on a business trip in Barcelone returning home late Sunday. Without even trying to understand my situation or offering any help when I actually needed it, now responding to my review with useless justifications, mere minutes after it was posted (when you took 2 whole days to respond to an urgent customer enquiry), is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you take some training in basic customer service before posting standard excuses to poor reviews you receive.

Passport photo specialist that can't even get the size right

Ordered some photos for my son's first passport, but when I took them to the Post Office for the Check and Send service they were rejected for being too large. They did refund me, but didn't contact me back to try and resolve the problem further. I had gone to a lot of hassle (time and money) to get the photo countersigned and then travelling to the post office, so the whole experience was very poor.

In response to your reply - the Post Office had an official overlay which clearly showed that it was clearly larger than the approved size. It was rejected because it was too big, plain and simple. Please don't try to claim otherwise because is just a lie and clearly demonstrates your complete disregard for your customers.

Excellent service!

So easy! We took a picture of our 4 month old baby which was so much easier to do at home. The photos arrived within two days. The passport office accepted the photos with no issues at all. Great value for money.

Customer service not in their dictionary

I used their service to get Uk passport size photos for my baby. The post office check and send rejected them because of the borders around the photos. They send you a strip of photos and expects the customer to cut them to proper sizes. I emailed their customer service and also called their office twice. The receptionist promised to pass on my message but they never got back to me. Their customer service is non existent. I wouldn't ever recommend passport. Absolute waste of money and time.

Accurate, efficient, great value

The first photo I uploaded came up as unsuitable and gave me tips on how it could be improved - I followed the instructions and the next one was approved. The photos arrived 2 days later (I ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday). My daughter's head had been straightened, centred in the frame and resized to fit specifications. The background had been changed from white to light grey. I have not sent the pictures to the passport office yet, but I cannot see why they would be rejected. Only slight problem was that the payment page didn't work properly, but I think that was a PayPal issue rather than PasPic.com.

This is a brilliant service for the price

Fantastic Service

We used PasPic 5 years ago for daughter's first passport photo and had been impressed with their service back then so we have just used them again for our daughter's impending passport renewal. Just 1 day after the photos had been uploaded and the order paid for they arrived through the letterbox, so excellent service yet again. A hassle-free easy-to-use service that is highly recommended.
