Our passport photo wasn’t accepted. We used the website as we were recommended it by a friend, but having gone through the application process now I’m not sure what this service adds.

perfect solution for a baby passport photo

Our 1-month old needed to get a passport, and thus we needed a passport photo. So we just took a photo at home, with a standard point-and-shoot Lumix camera, of him lying on his back on a white bedsheet. The result was clearly not OK for a passport photo, as the background had sharp dark shadows, etc. Still, uploaded a photo to Paspic site, and they mailed us a perfectly acceptable photo, with nice background etc. Very much recommended!

No Customer Service

The pictures arrived which was perfect - however as they were sent with no backing to keep the envelope from bending, 2 of the photos ( I ordered 8) were unusable. As with other comments I have been trying to contact customer services and have had no response so I am still short 2 photos. No customer service and I would not use again.

Not satisfied

I paid for India visa photos, which were duly delivered in 2 days. However they were rejected by the Indian visa processing centre. I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact them over the last fortnight. There has been no response from their customer service email address. This company claims that "In the unlikely event that your photo is found to be incompliant by the passport authorities, Paspic will refund your purchase price or work with you to provide another compliant photo, free of charge." They clearly do nothing of the sort. Strongly recommend avoiding them as I now have to go somewhere else to have my photos done, have been charged an extra fee by the visa centre, and have missed the opportunity to book cheaper flights. All in all a very expensive mistake.

Not satisfied

Like the other reviewers, my money was taken and no pictures were posted. I emailed them a couple of times and no response. I resorted to reporting this to my credit card company who refunded the money to me and I hope they are taking appropriate action against Paspic. I will also be reporting them to the University of Sussex, whose address they use for contact.

Poor, never received my order

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order & I still have no photos! Emailed support twice & had no reply. Now I have to get pictures somewhere else and will have to pay fastrack services to ensure I get my babys passport back in time due to this massive delay & the inconvenience of redoing & waiting for more pics. I shall be reporting them to trading standards. They have of course kept my money!!!

POOR Customer service

Don’t use this website! Waste of your time and money!! Not doing what it says. No customer services whatsoever.

5 days after placing my order online I have never received or heard anything whether they have ever dispatched the pictures or not (the website claims delivery within 2 working days) so I asked them to cancel the purchase and refund my money back since I got to get it done somewhere else to have the picture on time for my application. Guess what!, the next day they sent me an email saying they just dispatched my order despite what I said in my email! I had to write them again explaining the same things that they did not send pictures under the time condition they state on the website, I did not want the pictures from them anymore that is why I asked them to cancel the order before they dispatched hence I wanted get my purchase refunded as they failed to deliver the service. Till now, they have not replied anything acting like nothing happened and of course I never received the refund back from them. Too bad, don’t waste your time and money with Paspic service. Other similar sites offer cheaper services and seem to be more responsible.
