If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Boiler packed in after a leak 4 days before our summer holidays.

Tried several heating engineers and Mike was the only who was able to have a look that day, even though it was into the evening by the time we rang him.

He came out, assessed it and sorted a new boiler which was moved up two floors in the house with no fuss. Extremely tidy job completed whilst we were out the Country.

Professional job by Mick on a Saturday morning. Removed a radiator and then fully stripped and cleaned my boiler for a service while explaining what he was doing and why. Neat and tidy job completed in an around an hour at a very competitive price.

Quick to respond to messages, quick to visit and Provide the information I needed. easy to speak to, especially as I had no idea what it was I was talking about. Mike provided reassurance, and expert advise, on what would be the best option for me and my house (and it wasn’t the most expensive). The Pass team worked quickly to switch my very old conventional boiler for a new combi. Polite and pleasant and I felt comfortable leaving the guys in my home unsupervised. So now not only do I have constant access to hot water i now have a reliable plumbers phone number :), Im so happy with the work done and the service provided. Very professional job by Mick with the installation of a new unvented cylinder to replace our old one which was corroding badly. Neat and tidy job in one day at a very competitive price.

Really helpful company, came out to our commercial home which required a new boiler to be fitted, was a tricky job due to the historic layout of the building and poor works completed in the past by previous contractors. They managed to get the job done in a quick timescale and were very honest with the tasks that needed completing. Both the lads that came out were very professional and considerate of the young people in the children's residential home environment. We will now be advocating for this company to make them our permeant supplier. Thankyou for all your hard work lads.

Contacted Pass as I had been let down by other heating engineers. Mick replied promptly, arranged a time to come out and asses the heating system. Recommended a service and some new parts all sorted in a week. Will now use Pass for all our plumbing and heating needs. Would definitely recommend

Had an issue with my boiler which resulted in no heating or hot water. Code F.28. Called mick and he was straight out to fix this. Fast and efficient service. Gold standard work. Highly recommend

Requested help with a leak from my boiler from an existing combimate filter unit. Also had a partial kitchen sink blockage. Both issues were dealt with by the engineer professionally and promptly. Sourced a filter for the the boiler so no delay in waiting. Very pleasant and efficient worker.Job completed for a reasonable price too. Now have a dry boiler area and a free flowing sink. What more could I ask for. Thank you.

Mick couldn't have been better. He arrived on time, looked at my problem (that had been worrying me) and spotted very quickly what was wrong. He disappeared for 15 minutes to purchase necessary parts and returned to fix the problem immediately. He was very friendly and helpful - I couldn't have asked for better service

Got boiler serviced today and so glad I did. Gas valve was leaking and mick sorted it for me straight away. As a disabled woman I cant really go without hot water and was over the moon with the service and results. Thank you so much
