Quality product and quality service
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE - I ordered a dining table on Monday at 4:30pm then took delivery of it Wednesday at 1:30pm - the quality of their service and the quality of the dining table were amazing, I'm totally blown away by it - so thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Perfect garden furniture
I was nervous about buying on line, but spoke to the shop in Wolstanton and they reassured me of the quality of the furniture. I had seen previous models in the shop so I decided to go for it.
The furniture arrived in a matter of days and it is perfect!
Really good quality, nice cushions that don’t look all creased and a mess when sat on.
Really happy.

The furniture is amazing quality, I just love looking at it, so happy with my purchase. The finish is amazing and it’s very high quality furniture. Slightly disappointed in how long it took to get it but totally worth it.

Fantastic product/fantastic price/fantastic service
Saw this antiqued cabinet on a lot of sites but was over £100 cheaper at Patterns Furniture so ordered straight away. Had query about whether legs were attached or not and lady on phone found our straight away for me. (they are attached). SDK is the delivery company which you can track although you are given a 3 hour time slot initially. Cabinet arrived and couldn't be more pleased..

Damaged Unit
After a lot of research we decided to order a tv console unit from pattens, there was also a 10% off offer which was an added bonus.
However when delivered, which I must add was a very quick turnaround, the item had many faults, scratches mainly and heavy marks.
After speaking to Pattens, they apologised and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent and collection of the damaged unit.
The Service was excellent and I was kept informed right up to the new delivery date.
I have scored 4 stars just because it arrived damaged.
Overall a very professional company.

Instructios on the runner
Instructions need amended the runner at the bottom needs attaching . As the screws need to go in underneath making it very awkward

Took payment for goods which never arrived. No communication. Rang up for refund and told I had to email the manager Ian the next day.
Response to pattens comments - tables were purchased several months ago. I have already emailed for a refund - guess what - no response but you had time to respond to my trustpilot review !

Your order had a delivery date of approx. 4 weeks which has just come up to that dat on checking with the warehouse we have being informed that the order is delayed due to the container being delayed coming into the UK port and is now due to arrive at the end of this week.We apologise for the delay which is completley beyond our and the suppliers control.
