I received a text for a promotion. Once I clicked on the link I was not able to redeem the promotion offered. I contacted customer service through their online chat to have this issue and address. Lydia was very patient with me after a couple suggestions and failed attempts. She still manually gave me promotion offered through text and added an extra discount for my troubles. The products are amazing you definitely see results and customer service was very helpful.

Love the products, I have been using them for over 10 years, and live chat was very helpful.

I have been using Paula's Choice products for over 15 years and have never had an issue. My latest order however, contained an incorrect item but this was not a problem at all because as soon as I called they had the correct item shipped out. I even get to keep the incorrectly sent item. Now that is what I call good customer service. They have not put me out other than having to wait a couple of extra days for the additional shipment.

I ordered a product a week ago and no delivery and no communication. 60.00 and nothing. I would reconsider a purchase from them

I stay in South Africa and my order was send from US to SA in less than a week. However, I am having communication problems with our SA Customs. I asked Paula's Choice to help and they immediately stepped in and helped. Very good Customer Service, really goes that extra mile 👏.

Excellent customer service. The lady I spoke with managed to contact the courier company and find the address where my package had been incorrectly delivered to. When I opened the package, some of the products were damaged and leaking after the package had been in the Sun for 2 days. Customer support organised replacement products to be sent the very same day. I order from PC every couple of months and I’ve always had a great experience with their products. Their customer service is amazing, which is very refreshing! Will be returning.

Love their products! Just hope that they get rid of Paraben soon and find an alternative.

Cleared my skin love it especially the aha product I saw it on a YouTube video an influencer that told me it was a holy grail product so I wanted to buy it and it totally worked 100% go buy it right now!!!

This is the first time, in some 15 years that I've received damaged merchandise. It was so easy to call and have the situation rectified. Brilliant customer service.

I just really love the care of customer service for Paula's Choice. Their phone service is without the extended wait times and robotic automation. The representatives are patient and knowledgeable. It's just fast and friendly and service-- and that means a lot during this time.

I have used Paula's Choice products for several years and it is the BEST. The various products-especially the Clear line- clean my oily/combo skin clean without drying, and all the other products work well and keep away the breakouts. My husband who has oily skin is hooked on the Clear facial cleanser.

Their customer service is smooth and easy to deal with and always fast.

My parcel was lost and the customer service representative was really helpful in providing me assistance. The products are also effective!

The bottle of face cleanser was loose and leaked a little. I called to report it, and Lexi immediately offered me a replacement, not asking for pictures as proof or anything. THIS is customer service at its best! My experiences with Paula’s Choice have always been positive!
