Lydia was amazing. I buy a lot of Paula's Choice and normally do not have to correspond with them. Yes, they are that good. I had an issue with a product that was sent and I didn't receive my birthday gift. This was the smoothest transaction I've ever made. She seemlessly pulled up my account, got the replacement for my order sent out and let me know what I could get for my birthday gift. The way she presented my choices was amazing. She provided just enough information to help me make a decision, but also set me up so I'm probably going to go back and buy the option I didn't go with. She was kind, patient, great tone, great personality, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved my issue.

The customer service team is simply amazing and made my experience with contacting them, seamless. Quick to resolve my issue and quick to follow up.

Facial cleanser dried my skin so bad it started peeling. Tried to return but the cost to return is higher than the product is worth. I got subscribed to that product so they keep sending me this soap no matter how many emails I send to cancel. I’m kindof annoyed at the customer service but they probably have a couple good products. They won’t pay for returns and I still can’t figure out how to even return this lol or cancel the reoccurring shipments. I’m just posting on trust pilot to try and get someone to help me out….

As with most companies, they added me to their marketing email list (which is extremely prolific) after my first order though I explicitly opted out at checkout. Then it turned out that their unsubscribe links didn't work (the unsubscribe links just opened their website). I had to contact customer service to get off of their mailing list. I was assured that I was removed from their mailing list, and that they were looking into the unsubscribe link issue. Months later, I started receiving their marketing emails again. I hadn't placed any further orders with them or had any other interaction with the company prior to being re-added to their mailing list.

Regrettably, Paula's Choice appears to be among those companies that abuse personal information by periodically re-adding people to their marketing lists without consent.

I had a Consultation with Skincare Expert Ms. McGouth and it was extremely informative and helpful. She pointed out the products that would work for me the best and I'm already a huge fan of the 2% BHA. would recommend everyone to have a consultation and let the experts help you build your own skincare routine :)

Excellent brand - love a lot of their products. And they have fantastic customer service.

The products are fantastic and cover a wide range. The customer service is a game changer though.

I placed an order with expedited shipping that after almost a month never showed. When I called customer service, I was refunded and resent my order. The products are affordable yet high quality. My skin has never been more visibly youthful and hydrated than now.

Great products, reasonably priced, and the best customer service in the world. Emails make me feel like there is actually a real person replying with real solutions and understanding. My email from Kim today detailed the issue and resolved it to a “T”.

Paula's Choice has a very user friendly website, products work great, and customer service is FABULOUS. Recommend trying out Paula's choice to anybody. I use the Clear line for my acne and it has cleared up tremendously. As well as a few anti aging products as I just turned 25 and want to prevent premature aging. These products do not break me out either which most anti aging products I have used from other companies do. All around 10/10

Not only was she friendly and professional, but she was able to answer my questions and resolve my issue in a short amount of time. I was expecting to be transferred around, but my phone call lasted less than 10 minutes. I am very impressed with the great quality customer service that Paula's Choice provides.

Amazing products and skincare lines that address a plethora of difficult skin issues!

Love Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Oil-Reducing Cleanser, Skin Balancing Invisible Finish Moisture Gel, All-Over Hair and Body Shampoo, and Smooth Finish Conditioner. I started using these products in the 90’s after a friend told me about them because I told her about my oily facial skin as well as red flakey patches around my mouth, and large pores around my nose. I no longer have those issues since using Paula’s skincare products. I also suffered with eczema on my scalp. My scalp used to itch so badly but absolutely no itching since I’ve used Paula’s Choice shampoo. I still have eczema but I’ve learned since that the issue pertains to my ‘gut’ and I’m working to correct that. I recommend those Paula’s Choice products.

Paula's Choice has been a staple of mine for the past 10 years. Their CS and return policy is excellent and I've always had a wonderful experience. If you have any issues just chat or call and they will make it right!

I like paulas choice products! They are super nice. Some of them are overpriced in my opinion. I wish they were more affordable. Their shipping is usually very fast though :)
