Good quality clothes, received my order in a timely manner. Good customer service when needed.

Paul Fredrick has changed a lot and not for the better. I have a closet and dresser full of Paul Fredrick clothes. The quality and style are timeless. The total line of your clothes doesn't seem to be of the same quality & timeless style as 10 years ago. Prices are increasing but for a lesser product. Now you want up front money for returns. I don't know how much longer you'll remain in business running on this track and that's sad.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a shirt and had it sent to the wrong address. PF sent out another to my new address, no questions asked. Big thumbs up!

Quality customer shirts. I have been a customer for over 12 years. White and blue button down shirts for my professional business attire with a tailored fit and initials on the left cuff always drew compliments. Now I am retired and love their business casual and casual shirts for me everyday wear. 5 stars!!!!!

I like Paul Frederick products but your prices have climed unreadonably high. Your young man image and products has abandoned classical men's attire. Not in categories, but within your categories.
But my biggest dissapointment is what you have done to men's dress shirts. You dropped from your line the "impecable" and now only sell the "pinpoint". You made the wrong choice. Only pinpint collar tips remain straight. While the pinpoint collar tips, beyond the stays, bend under, downward. Now i pay top price for a shirt that is no longer tops.

The website made the transaction simple. I came to Paul Frederick after terminating transactions with two other prominent clothiers in disgust. They were obsessed with trying to foist other unwanted merchandise on me and preventing me from just getting to checkout. I appreciate Paul Frederick's treating customers with respect.
