Amazing customer service, went above and beyond to post my hair out extra quick 😃😃

The customer service is honestly amazing - the wig I wanted wasn't in stock so they rang Sleek to look for something else suitable for me, they honestly go above and beyond and I can't credit them enough, thank you so much!

Paul’s hair world I’ve been using for 3-4 year now, they have never let me down, excellent customer service, high quality hair and they go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy! Would highly recommend.

Oh my god AMAZING , i desperately needed some Remi cachet elegance hair extensions, I found my exact shade in the sale should be £330 and were £189 fantastic,, I needed them to arrive today Thursday 24th. However I put them in my basket to order but delivery said 2-4 working days,,,, oh no I needed them literally within 48 hours. BUT fear not I emailed Paul’s hair world Tuesday with my dilemma, about 9-30 pm I had a brilliant response and gave the person my details who called me at 8-00 am Wednesday morning who took my address. then went to the post office and sent me me on next day delivery and did not charge me any extra for the postage and they have turned up today…. WHAT A FANTASTIC COMPANY THAT REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE !!!!!!!! I cannot express how amazing they were the person literally went straight to the post office sent them on next day delivery text me every as soon as they were posted and gave me tracking details,,,, best best ever service I have ever honestly received I cannot praise this company and the staff member who did this for me , WONDERFUL FANTASTIC SERVICE,,,,, thank you thank you thank you,,,,I would recommend this company and it’s customer service it was brilliant and they went the extra mile to help me , I only wish I had took the persons name who text me , BRILLIANT 👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️

Delivery has been super speedy and the products that have arrived are exactly what I expected and as described. I've had the best service from Paul's hair world today. When I thought I was no longer able to get my tried and trusted clip in hair extensions they did everything they could to help in super record time and even though this brand will soon be discontinued I now have 2 sets to last me a good few years. The customer services is excellent definitely 5 star service I'll be back 😀

SUPER EXCELLENT customer service & quality extensions. I was blown away by the customer service because immediately after I ordered I emailed and asked if dispatch could be pronto - website says delivery is 2-4 working days and I needed the extensions definitely by the 4th day as appointment with hair extension lady is the next day. Customer service emailed back 1 hour later and said they are putting immediately in the post - this was a SATURDAY morning as well !!! - and said it will arrive by Tuesday. Sure enough arrived Tuesday morning. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT & no stress worrying if they'd arrive on time - couldn't be happier with the customer service - Thank you Paul's Hair! The extensions are also fantastic. Excellent quality. I bought a few different types as not sure which would be best, but the return policy is simple too. I know this from last time when I bought but had to return because I had completely mismanaged my finances and realised I couldn't afford the extension appointment, so sent that package back and they sent refund - simple as. Highly recommended

I ordered the wrong hair and they were fab about it. Posted back recorded delivery and the refund was in my bank within 7 days. Very knowledgeable and offered advice on other hair I can use as my hair has been discontinued..would recommend and def use again.

Placed an order with PHW, and paid by PayPal no confirmation email. 2 days later I chase the order, only to be told that they can’t find my order or contact details. But by the grace of god, I took a screen shot of the order, so I had the order number. I then relayed the order number back to them, and confirmed my email address again…
Day 3 I was sent an email telling me the item is out of stock (funny how the item was in stock when I placed the order and payment was taken) and if I’d like the alternative at another £15, I agreed and was emailed that my order will be sent within 48hrs… Day 7 still no delivery, so decided to chase and reply on the back of their emails they sent to me. Day 8, still no response to email or delivery. Day 9 I emailed asking where is my order, only to be told that the alternative I paid for is our of stock, and they can offer another one, at the same price. I declined, said I don’t want an alternative and asked for a full refund. A refund was provided back to me. Safe to say I will never use this tin pot company again.

PHW - Place an order, we’ll take your money, then tell you that the item you’ve ordered is not in stock, offer an alternative, and then tell you that’s not in stock either… just so we can keep your money, and you’ll never get what you ordered.
For those out there, think hard about using PHW, you work hard for your money, please do not throw it away using this dreadful “company”.

Customer service is on point. I placed an order and called the customer care number, as had a query for some extensions for my engagement. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Helped with my query. I would definitely recommend Paul's Hair world to everyone! GREAT SERVICE

Polly was amazing at assisting me with choice of hair, choice of colour and overall help. I hadn't a clue what to ask for and she guided me through it all without making me feel daft!!!! Highly recommended

I have used them several times and enjoyed their services.

I placed an order online and paid £4.99 for delivery - the delivery instructions say 2-3 days for processing and up to 5 days for delivery. After 3 days of my order saying ‘processing’ I called up the shop to query the status and to make sure my order would be delivered as per the website. I was told there was an issue with my order and the supplier had stock issues..
I could have a refund or different product. I have my hair app booked so needed the items delivering, so opted for an alternative. Which has ended in me having to accept 2 different colours of hair. Not acceptable really.
If I hadn’t called to check I would have been without my order all together. Poor service all round.

The staff here are amazing really helpful and friendly. Had my extentions put in by Chelsea who is lovely and does a fantastic job. Since having my hair extensions done here I wouldn't go anywhere else definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality,friendly and professional hair service 👌
