Excellent customer service
I contacted them via Email regarding an existing patio that I have at my house. It is black limestone, I wanted to know the correct procedures for cleaning the black limestone and also for restoring the black colour as it has faded in the sunlight which is natural for this product. I also wanted some advice about replacing existing pointing other brand( not point fix) that had failed. I received email reply within minutes of my Enquiry with useful links to appropriate page is on the pavestone website, I was asked to provide photos of my patio so that they could pinpoint the exact procedures that I need to follow to clean my existing paio.
Once I had sent email reply with photos, I then received an email asking me to provide my contact number so that the rep could ring me up regarding the correct procedures. Within about 30 minutes, the rep had phoned me up, we had discussed the issue with my patio and I an now confident in what I am doing. The customer service is second to none and they and the rep could not be more helpful.

Having used pavestone for a number of years as a company we can’t fault their customer service as well as their products. I am a landscaping contractor and I have used Pavestone for over a decade. I choose to use Pavestone for various reasons; their products are good quality and diverse in choice, the products are reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent across the board.
When issues occur (which they do despite what anybody says), Pavestone rectify and/or their reps offer great advice to overcome any issues. I find this refreshing as comparatively to the larger more well-known paving and walling suppliers, Pavestone care more than most!

Horrible customer service
The product is great, especially for the price, but the customer service is horrible.
I had a really unpleasant experience when their customer service rep visited. He told me it was my fault before looking at anything but then admitted (some) fault. Pavestone relied on some weak legal argument to refuse a return / refund.
Most people will have a great outcome but it's not worth the risk when it is your home / garden. I'd rather spend a little more with a company who will put things right.

This shows you the problems in dealing with Pavestone. Lots of words but no help.
Their rep didn't inspect all the pavers, only the smallest size and admitted fault with those. Telling me to deal with the builders merchant isn't helpful when they've actively contacted the merchant to tell them they won't accept the return.
Same for the comment on David's review. I guess that it's possible this was not paid for or requested but it's definitely worth considering he's paid to promote Pavestone.

We are pleased to confirm that upon inspection, the paving was indeed found to meet all these criteria.
