From my initial enquiry, Pete was extremely helpful and friendly. His communication and expertise was apparent from the telephone call. I booked Pete to come and service my Konica Minolta printer(s) and conduct fault finding and assist with Mac and windows setups. He arrived on time (after a 2hr journey to get here) and conducted all work requested as he carries an extensive range of spares.
