Fantastic, fast service. The toys are so well made that they were even able to refur our very old toys that several dogs had plucked! Orders are dispatched promptly and goods received quickly. I love the personal touch of dealing with a smaller company, yet the quality and range are better than bigger organisations.

I order regularly from PAWS Trading. Orders are processed quickly and delivered promptly .. very impressive. Great products at good prices and lots of bargains e.g. Wild Wednesdays. Excellent company with great products and great customer service .. would certainly recommend.

Good prices and quick delivery. I have just bought more dog coats for my dogs. Lily has more clothes than me. They arrived super quickly, well packaged as usual. They also fit, thanks to the additional information on Pawstrading website about their own dogs. If I'd have gone on the manufacturers measurements alone, I would have bought the wrong size. Great company.

Good quality product ( reward petal ball ) but the wrong colour. Not only did Jack send me the correct colour toy but said I could keep the toy I had or give it to charity. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use Pawstrading again!

Recently I inquired about the non-arrival of a parcel, usually deliveries only take a few days but with the recent Royal Mail strike actions I waited a little longer, the parcel appears to have been mislaid or lost, Jack from Pawstrading quickly contacted me and a replacement was sent out which I received within three working days, many thanks Jack.

Ordered a boot car lock. Arrived very quickly, works great and great that postage was included in the price.

I purchased a small Paws pocket treat ball direct from Paws trading website.I have one that was bought about 4 years back at an agility dog show. I can therefore attest to the durability of this item, the first still going strong! In muddy conditions I need to wash it so I now have one always to use. The very sound of the velcro opening is enough to get undivided attention from my Sheltie! Judicious reward with the treat pocket has seen great improvement and focus over jumps, through tunnels and weave sets! Great fun! Delivered promptly.

The customer service was outstanding. My initial confirmation email went missing and despite the fact it was outside trading hours ( Friday night), this was amended quickly . Highly recommend

I ordered some toys on a whim after doing a Google search for dog toys that were tuggy and had a treat pocket (to encourage my reluctant puppy to sniff and chase it!) as I had only been able to find some from Poland on Etsy or expensive branded ones. I am so pleased with my order, my dog LOVES the toys and they're very well made. The reasonable price, free postage and the fact they arrived within a few days was excellent. Well recommended.

Vet bed
Wonderful company. Often used. Ordered hot pink vetbed and bright turquoise arrived very promptly. Let them know it was the wrong colour and they immediately apologised and sent out the correct colour.
Their vetbed is excellent quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and product was what I expected. Unfortunately the delivery of my item took 13 days to arrive. It was not Paws Trading’s fault as the postage sticker said 48H delivery and it had the 8th January as the dispatch date on the sticker. Pleased with the item and my dog loved it too!
