It has been the 14th day of the month and no update on my available profit for withdraw, I have reach 100 for the minimum, it says 10th is the last, no responses either from the support email, im using ultima markets, and its tiring to just get to ask a simple question to you guys, i ll update the stars if there is a solution,

Everything is fine, they helped me a lot during my payout wallet verification. Sometimes they can response late to my questions but it's ok. I have been using the service since 2 feb. 26. And i have been paid my first profit at 12 march. All in all i am happy with them.

I have been using PAYBACKFX for about a month. The app is great for monitoring the commissions. I made my first payment request and it was processed into my Paypal account within a few hours...Great Service.

Service is no longer the same nowadays. Besides delayed payments and uncertain payment dates, the rebate sharing rate is also uncertain. Even after accounting for foreign exchange rates, the rebate refunds received from the broker are heavily deducted and remain unpredictable.

Pay puntually without delays neither excuses, simply perfect to recover part pf Broker commisions !!

Requested withdrawal and it was transferred to my PayPal account in less than 24 hours. Though my pending credits took more than a month before it became available.

Had service with PAYBACKFX for few years, and they are always prompt with payouts. When I had an issue with a new additional account opened with fx broker that was not registering here, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give 5 star rating is because live agent in chat is not always available so the message that is sent is dealt with over email the following day, but overall I would recommend PAYBACKFX, to anyone who is looking to establish cashback service for trading.

Its been 3 days now and the withdrawals are stuck in pending mode, and i am not getting any support from the support department, and new rebates are not getting credited to my account since these 3 days, i am not able to understand whats going on with paybackFX. There is no support or chat available. Very bad service. My case id is #559773

Edit: My Rebates have gone down by 200% even though my trade volume have increased on my accounts but the rebates have decreased to pennies, why is this happening ? i am asking here as your support doesn't even reply promptly.

I was surprised how well this service functions :) also their team is responsive and will get back to you in 24 hours max and will respond with helping you back actively if there are any questions from your side or if any issues might arise :)

PaybackFx is a highly reputable company, and I trust them completely. Although there have occasionally been expected issues with Pepperstone, PaybackFx always resolves them promptly and professionally. I'm truly grateful for their service.
