PaybackFX is top notch. I have been using them for seven or so years. Nothing more to say. Oh wait, this has to be about a specific event. OK. So they processed my withdrawal request, today, within about 10-15 minutes.

Very bad customer service as the staff members have no idea how rebates are working offering blunt and unprofessional answers.
For over a month I am dealing with pure incompetence trying to find out why I got so less rebates than what I should get.
