Well this is tgreat experience 1st timehe first time I have used…

Well this is the first time I have used Paybright! I found it very easy to use and follow, and the process did not take long at all. I also received help from someone (human) after initially getting a computer to talk to and they stayed o like e in the purchase process which made my time seem worth something, which is a nice change to see! Once I have paid for my smart watch I will see if they can help with some Samsung ear buds!

Financial Institution that wont help people being frauded

Received a payment didnt go through request from Paybright with my friend/coworker as the "name on file". When I called Paybright to figure out what happened they said as you aren't the account holder we cant help you. Wouldn't confirm if the email address has his or my name in it (all of both of ours do), what they were attempting to charge, really any info.

Getting stonewalled by a financial institution that may or may not be acting on my Credit Score or against my bank accounts is not ok

Great when you need a little help.

At a time when I couldn't afford to put out all the money for a decent tablet for my son , PayBright was great help for me .. I fully recommend this service , but as everything don't get in over your head and keep your head above water and eventually you will make it back to dry land . Thanks PayBright I appreciate the help when I needed it most .

Not impressed

Eventually the system worked, but not until after 2 security messages and 3 weeks of waiting on customer service to return my messages.

A1 credit until I got mixed up with this company

Cannot contact anyone at company. My bank account was compromised. Every time I would log in to change my banking information it wouldn’t change it. This went on so long that I received a collection letter. My credit was A1 until I got mixed up with this company. The 0% financing was attractive until a few months into my contract they changed it to 19%.
It feels criminal to me.

The response time was good however......

The response time was good however the problem I had using my CC wasn't fixed. I kept getting a message that my CC wasn't a Canadian CC even tho it was. I had to use a different source to make payments which was disappointing because I wasn't able to get points if I could have used my CC.

I loved the efficiency of the process and the 0% interest rate. I could have paid it off but figured with no interest why not just hold on to my money.
