Slow

These guys are not scummy per say but are down right slow. They took forever to review my case as they marked me for fraud. Then I kept getting hit with fraud because they do not like how my CC company allows me to make proxy cards so that I do not have to give games my real card information. Shocker. Anyways since 5-23-25 they marked me for fraud three times. THREE. Both times saying well they can not prove it is my card. Makes me feel like they do not want my money. Not to mention I have sent the same items every time and every time they are like it should work but you may have to do this again if you use a different card. I am a younger 20s person in the US I will have many cards whether it is smart are not is for me to deal with later.

They also sent me a broken link to review them which made me more frustrated. News flash tho angry people are really good at finding things.

While the verification process is tedious, they simply doing their jobs and are absolutely respectful and courteous in going through the process. Even thoroughly instructing me on how to fix the issue I was facing in submitting the docs.

Absolutely disgusting service team

Absolutely disgusting service team.

Took forever to lift the block for using my own card to purchase and did whole process of sending DL + Credit Card. Then when I try to purchase, they blocked me again, and made me do a verification again.

E-COMMERCE SELLERS BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL!!

It's been almost 2 weeks, I'm chasing them to give me my +$1000 they owe as I want to close my account with them.
They are holding money money and the worst thing they just don't answer anymore, it is a disgrace, I won't let things as they are, I want my money back!!!

Opinion and recommendation

Very nice and practical, as I mentioned before, I work at costumer service too and I'm not sure what the rules are on NetEase, but if you guys can, I recommend you do some roleplay, like you're an SHIELD agent an after a investigation you find a way to help me or something like that, I do that and it works with the players

Problem in order after bank transaction

First of all. I have to admit I was worried, that 1 one of my orders was not completed on Driffle website. This order was made via Paymentwall as i used Brazilian Pix to pay it. I got charged on my bank, and my order got to the cancelled process after it.

I was worried, cause Im not from the same country as the company, but as soon as I reach Paymentwall support and their partner company Driffle support, all of their work was just classy and professional.

They worked together to find the best solution and helped me to get my money back to my bank account.

All of the people that talked to me via e-mail support, were professionals and were transparent with all the information trough resolving my problem.

Now with my money back on the bank, Im assuring you guys Paymentwall is an honest and professional company.

They don't pay on time and don't respond.

Terrible service, do not use. I purchased a Win 11 Home DCKEY through GVGMall with payment made through PaymentWall using PIX. The payment deadline expired and I requested a refund. I have already opened several tickets and contacted them by email but I have not received any response from them. Do not use it.
