terrible do not use

terrible do not use. They were asking for ID and receipt as my payment is on hold. i went and sent all information and when verified, they told me that the transaction was cancelled and refunded. i will be getting my money back in 7-10 days and my previous transaction's payment deadline is literally tomorrow. geez thanks for the fast refund, they couldn't just put the transac on hold.

Paymentwall is awful DO NOT USE.

I had an issue with the administrators of Warmane refusing to lift a fake ban after it was supposed to expire so I forced a chargeback from a donation I had previously made through my credit card company (which that got their attention and the ban was finally lifted) then Paymentwall decided to block me from using them for "Fraudulent Activity" and made me send all sorts of personal information to them (They made me send it unsecured over email on the open internet btw via email). I redacted a lot of my personal info with windows paint though and finally they removed the lock. What a terrible, awful headache of a process to go through. It should of never escalated to this complete nonsense.

EDIT: The only reason they are asking for my information about this is so they can figure out what my account name is and then punish me for writing a negative review. I tried contacting Trustpilot about it and they wouldn't do anything. I am terribly scared of what they will do to me and my account if I provide them details about this. Them even trying to link this to my account so they can punish me is further evidence of just how terrible these people are. This is the payment processor for donations on the WarMane private wow server by the way. They're trying to find the transaction ID so they can ban my warmane account. Reviews should be anonymous without fear of the repercussions. Trustpilot will not allow that.

This company is a disgrace.

I have sent several tickets to this company and they should please send a chargeback to 3D Chat IMVU otherwise I will not get my account back.

You are constantly ignored there and tickets are simply closed.

What a scam.

These guys are terrible. They blocked my cards for no reason and made me send all of these photos of myself and of sensitive information to “verify” although I had already used hundreds of times. Them said they lifted restriction but on a card number that does not belong to me… BUT I WAS STILL BLOCKED FROM MAKING PURCHASES

Uncommunicative and unresponsive customer support

I use Paymentwall is used for an online game that I play which has 3 subscriptions:-
Player1
Player2
Alliance
I wanted to cancel my alliance subscription and take out just the two player options. Paymentwall decided to cancel all my subscriptions and apply to the game for a refund I dont want. When I try to explain the issue they firstly replied with the wrong information and now dont reply at all.
The subscription that I wanted to cancel is still showing as active, so now I am stuck because their customer service is ignoring me - wonderful !!

pitiful and arrogant customer service

they refused my merchant account telling me: Our decision is based on many factors because we have certain criteria to take into account in our reviews.

I have asked them 5 times what factors they considered in denying my access so they could correct the issue and reapply, but they keep repeating the same answer: Our decision is based on many factors because we have certain criteria to take into account in our Comments.

Their customer service is lousy and unhelpful. I had to give them a bunch of personal information that they used who knows what.

I simply abandoned my application at their payment gateway. Don't waste time with them.

Disappointing Experience with Paymentwall Service

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Paymentwall. Despite promptly supplying all the requested information in response to their email #189466526, their support team has been utterly unhelpful.

Not only did Paymentwall fail to address my concerns, but their lack of assistance has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It is unacceptable for a service provider to ignore customer inquiries, especially when all necessary details have been provided.

I expected better from Paymentwall, but sadly, their inability to resolve issues and provide adequate support has severely tarnished my opinion of their services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using Paymentwall until they improve their customer support and responsiveness.
