A bunch of liars and cheats

A bunch of liars and cheats. They make up a different story every now and then. They claim that they have sent the money back to the payment agent and it may take 30 days, which is technically not possible, refund only by SEPA transfer, which can be found on the IDEAL website. But of course he knows better and what you customer can know, bunch of I....s from the service. They cannot send the transfer confirmation for reasons not specified. If you are from Europe, avoid this website with a wide berth. You have no way of getting the money back in your home country. Don't be fooled

Miserable

Why do I need to send my SSN to a random company I've never heard of just to buy a 10 dollar minecraft cosmetic? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind having to prove that I own my paypal account, but why the hell do I need to send anything more? Complete violation of my privacy.

Incredible service

Extremely fast, friendly, and easy to get my Black Desert Online refund with these guys. They work secure, have their facts straight and it doesn't matter when you email them, there's a very high chance you'll get a response within the hour (if not virtually instant). Happy to see a company that cares about working as efficient as possible while putting smiles on faces of the customers. Big thumbs up guys.

I lost 4k USD with them. Stay away they shutdown the account and keep your money for 6 months and then they will tell you that there is a fine form MasterCard for 6k USD against you, without showing you this fine!!! Ridiculous , see you in court

Kept asking me for private information, like my driver's license, which is definitely against the law.

I just wanted to make a small payment and I had to jump through 50 hoops and I couldn't even do it.

Fast & Efficient

I had a problem with some software I purchased from Corel and when I demanded a refund they gave me the runaround for weeks.
One email to PaymentWall and within 60 minutes the matter was resolved.
In my experience they are one of an alarming few companies that still give personal service and actually care about customer satisfaction.

I suggest every company not to use this…

I suggest every company not to use this service especially if you are a gaming company. They made me wait 5 days, looked at the wrong account, and closed the inquiry.

If you sell virtual items, and you use these guys. Expect your player base to wait 5 days as I did just to get anything purchased. Do not use paymentwall.

Great security and support

The way they process things can be frustrating they are strict with security.

I personally got frustrated but instant gratitude comes with a price so I do prefer the way they process payments with the heavy security because at the end of the day you don’t want your credit card information stolen.

Secure and the support always replies to enquiries.

These guys are a bunch of scammers…

These guys are a bunch of scammers asking for government issued IDs and photos of your credit card to verify your identity in an online game, while I was attempting to use my Paypal account for an ingame purchase, biggest joke ever! Even proper gaming platforms such as Steam would not ask for such things.

Their "customer service" consists of a bunch of automated responses, pretty much like all their replies to the reviews on this website.

Avoid doing business with them or sharing any information or documents with Paymentwall or Terminal3 if you are a consumer.

Not compliant with data privacy laws

Their Terminal3 payment service will randomly flag your payments as fraudulent even after using the same method to pay for years. Their verification process involves sending in sensitive data that should never be shared with anyone, including a picture of personal ID and credit card information. They also never provide any details as to why your purchase was randomly flagged for no apparent reason. Borderlines on breaking GDPR. Even after uploading this information to their end, they will request more sensitive information before ultimately blocking your account. Stay away from anything requiring Paymentwall or Terminal3.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous. I used PaymentWall for my donations for Warmane purchases. Never had I ever needed to upload my driver's license or card info and cvv for "verification." Ive been donation on this server for 11 years and this is the first time I needed to upload my personal info. No thanks. I will not risk putting my info out there for everyone to see. I dont trust it.
