run, run, and RUUUN

run, run, run and run… it has now been over a year that I have been unable to access my Payoneer account. Every time I contact support, I get a vague response, and then nothing—they disappear and remain completely silent on the issue. This situation has become unacceptable. I now have no choice but to consider taking this matter to the relevant authorities and pursuing legal action to recover my account and my money.

PREDATORY FEES AND RACIST COMPANY

If you live in africa, it doesnt matter if the bank account you're sending money to is ireland to ireland, they will charge %4. that is the most racist, predatory practice i have ever seen. Want to withdraw EURO to NAIRA? well get ready to lose 20% + fees. these guys are professionals at stealing, i would rather die a painful and merciless death than use them ever again.

If I could I'd rate it below 0

If I could, I would have rated it -10... The wors Support They have... Garbage Product Management... They used to have Live Agents, which had bridged the Gap for the Support, but Now they have Stupid Chat Agents, which don't even resolve anything.

I'd recommend everyone to stay away from their Services. I am stuck with 10k Stuck in the account, and their Garbage and Stupid Support Services don't even do anything.

I'd recommend Wise in its place. One of the Best experiences I have had so far is with Wise.

They charge an annual fee of around…

They charge an annual fee of around $29+, plus $3 per transaction which is honestly ridiculous. It’s a terrible system. I’ve decided to stop using Payoneer and won’t be using it anymore. If there were a zero-star rating option, I would give them that without hesitation.

(Reply- I consider your company one of the worst online banking services in the world. The reason is that you keep changing your fees and policies whenever you want. For example, some time ago freelancers did not have to pay an annual fee if they made transactions up to $2,000, but now you have increased that limit from $2,000 to $6,000. On top of that, you charge $3 for every transaction. How funny.

It seems like you think you are an even bigger company than PayPal. Payoneer is such a useless company. I am boycotting it and will also share this issue with other people.)

I have been a loyal payoneer customer…

I have been a loyal payoneer customer for years. When my mastercard was stolen in UK( Some friendly soul found my wallet and returned it with the master card) it was obvious that I could not reactivate my mastercard because I do not have the original telephonenumber or E- mail left when I did the registration for the first time.

I cannot be the first one but I have tried to at least get my money or hopefully reactivate my account again( or in worst case create a new account) but no. I get the same robot reminding answer from support, please do the following.........
I have requested to speak wit a supervisor but they do not understand englis or it is a robot answering with only a human name. Nothing helps. It is 10 months ago I lost my wallet!
This is not bad service anymore. Everybody knows the right word.

The commissions are ridiculous

The commissions are ridiculous. 38$ on a 988$ transaction. It's like I am working for Payoneer. I hope crypto becomes more accessible and services like this become history. Avoid at all costs.

This has been one of the worst platform…

This has been one of the worst platform experiences I’ve had in my career. The support team does not respond to emails, and there is no proper assistance to resolve issues. The platform also has multiple glitches, making the overall experience very poor.

3 months waiting for a basic address verification. I've submitted an official bank statement 5 times and even a utility bill, but still nothing. Every support response is copy pasted garbage. This is unacceptable @Payoneer and I will be escalating publicly until it’s resolved.

Very Bad Experience with Payoneer – Warning to Users: Sudden Account Restriction and Months-Long Fund Hold.

On March 28, my Payoneer account balance was suddenly disabled without any prior warning, notification, or explanation. This immediately disrupted my business operations, as I rely on Payoneer for receiving international payments.

For over a month (March 28 to May 5), I did not receive any clear communication from Payoneer explaining the issue. Every time I contacted support, I was told that my case was under review and being handled with “high priority.” However, despite these repeated assurances, there was no visible progress, no clear timeline, and no meaningful update during this entire period.

I continued to follow up regularly, hoping for a resolution, but the responses remained the same—only generic messages about ongoing review. After more than 40 days of waiting, I was finally informed that my account had been permanently closed.

Even more concerning, I was notified that my remaining funds would be frozen until August 4, 2026, meaning I have to wait several more months just to access my own money.

While I understand that compliance and security checks are necessary, the lack of transparency, sudden restriction without notice, and prolonged delay without clear communication have had a serious negative impact on my business.

For Payoneer users: Please stay alert when relying on this platform for your business payments. It is important to keep alternative payment options ready and avoid depending entirely on a single service, as situations like this can occur without prior notice.

Payoneer have withheld my money

Payoneer have withheld my money for coming up to two weeks now, after promising "12-24hrs" on two occasions. I've been lied to relentlessly by incapable support staff. At one point a member of staff denied my money even existed. As I enter week two of them holding 1,000 of my hard earned money from me, I'm beginning to find the situation borderline fraudulent. At the very least, the operations are an absolute mess and the staff are rude and incapable. Two failed promises, one denial that my money even exists. I feel lost, I can't afford my rent, and I can't make them care enough to help me.

They closed my account without any prior warning

My experience with Payoneer has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

They closed my account without any prior warning — no emails, no notifications, no explanation. Just blocked it and that’s it. This is completely unprofessional behavior for a financial company that people rely on for their business.

How can anyone seriously work with a service like this if there is no stability or transparency? At any moment, your account can be shut down without warning, leaving you with no access and no answers.

I run a fully legal business and always provide all required documentation. Yet Payoneer is the only platform that treats clients this way — blocking accounts without even attempting to communicate or clarify anything beforehand. This raises serious concerns about their reliability and internal processes.

This kind of treatment destroys trust. The only reason I am still forced to deal with Payoneer is because some of my clients insist on using it for payments. Otherwise, I would avoid this service completely.

If you are considering using Payoneer, be aware: your account could be closed at any time, without warning or explanation.
