Automated system is USELESS

Automated system is USELESS. I applied for small loan online using the Portal.
It asked for verification of my "credit Card detail. I tried to give debit card detail for visa debit exp. 07/29. since they needed to debit £1. The verification from my bank showed they were trying to validate a card that EXPIRED in 2021. So, I then input a credit card detail, and then was informed that Mastercard Credit cards were not accepted.
THIS BROKERAGE IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS
