Today, the support department helped me solve the problem with the Know Your Customer questionnaire. The operator was very polite and patient and helped me deal with all the questions that arose regarding the questionnaire. I am very grateful to him. Because before that, I communicated with the Know Your Customer department and their answers were formulaic and did not allow me to understand what the problem was. Because of this, the resolution of the issue was delayed. Also, a small improvement that should be made concerns the microphones. Perhaps the problem was either in the microphone itself or in how it is used, but the sound had some interference and the voice of the support worker was difficult to hear

My experience with Paysera has been extremely disappointing.
My account and funds have been blocked for over 1.5 weeks, and I still have no clear explanation or timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. Instead, I keep receiving emails asking for more and more information without any transparency about the process.
I understand that financial institutions must carry out compliance and security checks. However, the lack of communication, the repeated requests for additional information, and the uncertainty about accessing my own money are completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I feel ignored and left without any meaningful updates. Having your funds blocked for this long without clear communication is frustrating and stressful.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paysera. If you rely on quick access to your money, be aware that your account may be restricted for an extended period with very limited communication about the status of your case.

Paysera is illegaly blocking funds according to the regulator
Unjustified blocking of customer money. Paysera did not release funds even with fulfillment of legal requirements. I had to claim at the central bank of lithuania and it turned out that paysera is often blocking people‘s funds illegaly. Check for yourself on the website of the central bank of lithuania (lb.lt) and search „paysera“.
Take your money out of this bank before it‘s too late!

Poor Business Accumen
They cut off the well established service company Ventus from access to their funds, which leaves me being unabe to get access to my investments. Looks like that decision leads to bakcrupty without a judges decision on the case. Very Poor businees ethics by Paysera
