Mine is a very small business started sales using payUmoney as may payment gateway one year back. I got money one time at the first month. Since then no money credited to my account. No clear reply received to any of my complaint tickets and emails. All are automated useless one-line replies and tickets getting auto cancellation after some days. I always asked to call me back and resolve the issue but nobody did.
Is anybody here to help me out to resolve my issue ?
Or advise me what I should do next ?

PayU is a biggest fraud strategic company. Stay away from it. Or else you are going to lose your hard-earned money. Thank you!

Payumoney supports fake business enterpreneurs

I am too liberal with my reviews. But now I want to scream to all of you "Stay away from Payu".

I waited for more than 45 days for my account approval. I've raised so many requests but never ever got the response. Finally, I contacted their social media team and they promptly verified my account.

I'll do a prophecy today, "They will be out of business, it's just a matter of time". Companies won't survive if they don't care about their customers. It is as simple as that.

If you have read the reviews below then you'll know that the problem is not only on the customer support but they also hold people's money for no apparent reason. You can try emailing them, raising request but you'll never ever get a response. They don't even have a customer support number.

I've raised another request with them, let's see if I ever get a response this time.

Go for some other payment providers but "STAY AWAY FROM THEM". You'll only waste your time and money.

Fraud Company blocked my money since last 1 month and now Not providing any reason. Even not Replying any Mail, No Reply to any ticket and Even all Phone are not reachable..

NO Idea what to do with this company which is not releasing my money...

They have no Customer Care Number. Only using ticket you can contact them. When i contact using ticket i have no reply since 1 month for my all 4 tickets..

Worst customer care support and worst experience . Irony is that you people say 24*7 customer care assistance , what kind of assistance you people give from past 5 days apart from automated email i recieved no response continuously i am emailing you . That useless ticket generation is of no use and also no number to contact you people is there .My amount of 18.2k is being stuck with you people from last 10 days and you people dont even give a damn for customers money that can be confirmed as you dont even revert to emails and also on the account is is mention amount will be credited in 48 hours from 13th of may to till date nothing is credited .yes you people have created me a alot of inconvience . i was in urgent need of money but you people dont give a look even to it. i want my money back otherwise i have to take some serious steps.Because you guys are keeping customers money and earning interest i can sue you guys for registering as a service without any helpline numner . contact me as soon as possible and provide me with your number before i file a legal case and take you to court and then you guys paying me the amount to settle it outside court you have 24 hours better keep a count on time. my merchant id is MID : 7052638

I am a merchant on payumoney .

I received Rs 280000 In Two transactions .

Now when I am asking Pay u money to transfer the amount in my bank they are refusing to because "Pay u money has no proof of sales done by me"

Even though I submitted all the INVOICE and TRANSACTION proof.

No customer service phone no is available and email replies comes after a week .

. SUMMARY

This is a SCAM in the name of PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE

They hold up your hard earned money for no reason and ask for valid proofs which is impossible to get.

This is their planned strategy to cheat you

Once you receive money in your account they will give you rules and regulation/ company policy and ask for invalid proofs to transfer that amount inside your bank account.

I Do Not Know When Will They Transfer My Amount In My Bank

Had I seen the reviews before asking them for help.

do not trust them. I had applied on their website an year back and recently got mail saying my account is approved. they asked to do a test transaction of 10 rs. i had tried 100rs and it properly credited to my account.
Later i used a customer payment of 26000/- and they held it back. no way to write to customer service or no phone number provided. i am struck here. items provided to customer trusting on this untrusty company.

The worse service ever.
Payu tried to charge me double and didn't want to pay me back but luckily my bank responded but payu blocked my card and never solved this problem. I had to pay college fees through international transactions and paid a lot in taxes.
Not recommend it at all! Should use PayPal or other services.

Really bad. I made a payment, did not even refresh or anything, and my money did not even got added to the merchants account. Stupid thing!

Worst service, the support team is not replying back from last 15 days nor releasing payout. They asked many documents which is being provided them after that they stop replying back #payumoney #pathetic #worstservice there is no way to communicate directly from any team member, i tried them to contact on email. Out of 8 email id 6 got closed, one email that is merchant relations replied by tagging Deven (one of team member) but again Deven yet not responded. query number QQ5642556721

The worst Payment Gateway I ever saw. Guys, please keep away from this fraud system. I wasted six months following them. They do not understand anything!!!!. If you raise a ticket, they paste some template answer and make you wait, and one fine day they close the issue saying resolved!!!!. They delay payments. They behave rudely. Very unprofessional and fraud company.
Moreover, they do not have a contact number!! Keep your distance away. Do not fall on the trap by seeing there marketing collateral. I wasted my quality time and money. There are plenty of other sound PG systems available out there.

We are a merchant .We received a payment of 12th sept INR 9,500.00 through five transaction ID's 272919640

from our clients .It was made on Saturday and its been six days they have not settled the amount.We have emailed everyone right from their carehead to their merchant support team they JUST DONT RESPOND.

i have raised a ticket before 1 month, but no response....

i also raised a refund for the transaction, still showing the initiated after 1 month...

This is very unsafe payment gateway. They provide access without any kyc of merchand. Becoz of that any company make you full and take away your money. They don't have proper procedure for refund if merchand cheat you. Pls be alert dont use this pyment gateway if u r dealing with any merchang using this gate way. I lost my 30k through this site.

It is scam. They open our merchant account after all verifications. Now, once we started receiving money, they have not started bank disbursement. after merchant account has opened, they don't provide customer service number. None of their existing number works. They have hold our money.

Very bad service, I am a merchant and I have been assigned Account Manager by name Priyam who is extremely rude and no proper ethics of handling clients. I sent several emails almost 1 month back I had to send multiple follow ups to get one response from her. recently I decided to extend my business with Payu Money to Payu Biz for that I sent one email, after 15 days wait I received one call from Pryiam who is so called account manager and told me she will call back after 10 minutes which is still not over and I am waiting from 20 days now. I sent email reminding her why I wanted to talk to her for that I am still waiting for the response. Strongly recommended use some other service provider but not Payu. Surprisingly they dont have any contact number to reach except sending email and waiting for them to call which never happens even after 10 to 30 days.

They promise to verify your documemts and release the money in 2 days. It’s been 22 days now and after trying so hard I was able to talk to one of the representatives (Mr.Amanpreet and Mr.Goverdhan’s team) who promised again and again to get it done in one day. The payment I received through their gateway is still not released. Bad service, expensive and not at all recommended

Payumoney is very bad service provider because that company is not verfiying my document from last 10 days but always show in my payumoney account It will take 2 business days to verify your website.
I am watching this from 10 days and I also contact us lots of time but they not responds me.
