I am a merchant on payumoney .

I received Rs 35000 by selling online on my website .

Now when I am asking Pay u money to transfer the amount in my bank they are refusing to because "Pay u money has no proof of sales done by me"

Even though I submitted all the INVOICE and TRANSACTION proof.

No customer service phone no is available and email replies comes after a week .

. SUMMARY

This is a SCAM in the name of PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE

They hold up your hard earned money for no reason and ask for valid proofs which is impossible to get.

This is their planned strategy to cheat you

Once you receive money in your account they will give you rules and regulation/ company policy and ask for invalid proofs to transfer that amount inside your bank account.

I have been scammed of Rs 35000 from payumoney,

Had I seen the reviews before asking them for help.

I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AT THE CONSUMER COURT NEXT MORNING.

I paid some money to a book store for a book through PayUMoney. The merchant says they have no connection with any online payment. PayUMoney says they already transferred the amount the merchant. The dashboard says the money is with PayUMoney. I am stuck in a deadlock. I keep writing to PayUMoney support to get the same template response without even a change in comma or full stop. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. If we were in that place, wouldn't we help the customer to get it fixed?

Very poor payment gateway

I chose PayUmoney as my provider 1 month ago. Despite submitting all documents twice, I am yet to receive the settlement money from them for the transactions made on my website. The transaction page shows that the settlement will be made in 72 hrs for the past 2 weeks.
Repeated emails to customer service have hardly got any meaningful response.

Will not recommend.

payumoney gateway is very good and easy to use but whenever you want to change or update anything, so ready to suffer lots of things, 1) you can not see your merchant website at your panel 2) can not change email id also 3) No Customer care contact number anywhere in the payu website.4) costumer support is very poor and irregular, they never reply or give the solution before 48hr it means. some many tie it takes more than 5-7days. which is very frustrated. even very miss-communication between the staff which should face the client. i personally face 30days duration for support but still my requesting is showing pending mode, so till you don't need customer support its very fine gateway but when you need support its very poor support system they have.

I have been using PayUMoney since the day it launched, mostly because the promotions it offered were something that caught my attention. I have had the best experience while using PayUMoney and I think I’d give it a 5-star rating if I had to. So, if you are looking for a trusted payment wallet, PayUMoney is the one for you.

Payumoney is the name of a Payment Gateway I am using and I am really stressed with them that’s why I decided to write this. They are crooks.
Warning all online merchants. Don’t fall for their line of trying to help your business. Their plan is to pretend to be a legit business, providing a payment gateway for online businesses. They pretend to be the go between for your business’ money transactions and then just keep the money. It’s the perfect scam. They are holding my money from months. Sue them.
