poor service, ignorant attitude
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Proactive Block Management LTD. Their service has been poor, and their disregard for residents' needs is appalling.
Communication is a major issue. Requests are often ignored or met with excuses. When I do manage to get through to someone, they seem either uninterested or incapable of addressing my concerns.
The company's unwillingness to help is evident in their failure to address urgent issues, like rats infestation. Despite numerous requests, problem remains unresolved, leaving residents feeling unsafe and inconvenienced.
It's clear that Proactive Block Management LTD is more interested in avoiding work than providing quality service. Their ignorant and dismissive attitude towards residents is unacceptable.
