From start to finish, PBS, gave excellent service and care to our cat and ourselves. My concerns on how our cat would cope with the road and then flight transfer were understood by Annabel and Jason. They went out of their way to reassure us and kept us updated at each point of the journey. He arrived safely at his destination and is now settling well.
All communications were responded to very swiftly.
Extremely happy to recommend the PBS team to any family who wish to have a professional and caring transfer service for their pets

I would highly recommend PBS. This was the first time I had imported a pet. I had to take my cat from England to the Carribbean. He is a particularly skittish cat, very sensitive to noises, so I was nervous and was also unaware of all the steps and documents involved in the process. PBS, and Annabel in particular, were fantastic. They were always available to answer my questions, settle my nerves and had the process totally in hand. They also continued to check up throughout the process and and after our arrival, communicating and coordinating with the other parties involved.

PBS helped me transfer my cat Quinn from UK to South Korea at the beginning of September. This was the first time that Quinn was going on a plane and being a nervous cat, I was quite anxious for her. Jason provided really good information and ensured everything was in place prior to her leaving the UK. The transport company within UK was great as well and provided regular update up until check in at LHR. We had a couple of communication hiccups in the destination country where it look much longer than expected for Quinn to clear customs and complete her onward journey within the country to get to us but she was perfectly fine when she reached and I am very grateful to all involved for making sure of that! We had a great experience exporting our Golden Retriever Buzz to Hong Kong. It’s always stressful moving him around and this is the first time he’s flown cargo alone but PBS were extremely helpful in keeping everything on track during the run up to export day. Communication was great during the whole process and advice spot on. We used Manchester airport instead of LHR for the departure and everything went very smoothly. Would have no hesitation in recommending PBS and would definitely use them again. Thank you from Ann, Rob and Buzz

PBS Pet Travel did a great job helping me send my critters from the UK to the US. I've used them twice now, and they've been wonderful--communicating regularly, explaining options and fees, and reassuring me as I worried about my pets. I highly recommend, and I will use them again, if I move to the UK again in the future.

Wonderful Company. Made my little cat Ivy and I feel very calm and safe. Moving countries is incredibly stressful as it is so I am glad I had the support of Jason, Tony and Aidan to make this as seamless as possible. Although there were some hiccups with updated American Airlines regulations and Ivy had to travel in a separate flight to me, I think it all went as well as it could have been expected. Very pleased.

My dog was flown from London to San Diego. I was very worried for my dog. He is a very loved 13 year old border terrier and dear little family member. From friends who had transported their pets abroad with other providers I'd heard I should expect to collect a traumatised and filthy dog. I was amazed to arrive at San Diego Airport and collect my dog within 15 minutes of landing. He was a little tired, but happy, at ease and very relaxed. I don't often leave reviews but Annabel and the team were phenomenal, kind, considerate and efficient. Excellent timely communication, ensuring everything was done smoothly and ensured my dog was well cared for. They also were the cheapest of all the quotes we received!

Great communication throughout via email and phone calls. I was happy with the price, the crate sent was very sturdy and gave Tilly room to move around.
I was very nervous about the whole process as Tilly is 13 years old, but she is now settled into life in Dubai and getting used to her new surroundings!

Jason at PBS was incredibly helpful and took the stress out of relocating our cat and dog to Michigan.
Calm and attentive he really made the process easy.

Worst Experience Ever. They quoted a price of 675£ and charged 50£ extra on arrival of our pet as a blackmailing tool. None of the representative were available for clearance. Pathetic they are. Even the original documents were collected by us and i dont know what they charged for.
Highly Not Recommended. Dont ever select them. Worst of all they are not ready to accept their mistake and the services for which i paid for werent provided. This is the worst thing i observed is that here no on accepts its mistake.
The documents were with the kennel the time he boarded on the plane and ARC told us that it is a common practice that these pet travel agencies forget to collect the original documents while transporting the pet to animal reception center. without custom clearance how the pet got out of the airport and reached ARC? 725£ is hell of an amount and PBS thinks that just blaming me they will hide the facts. i am going to report it wherever i can.
They charged hell of the amount and still think they will blame me for their mistake.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I would give 10 stars if I could. I brought a puppy to the United States from the UK. They arranged every detail. They were very patient with me as I was very anxious about the whole thing. I worked with Annabel, and she not only arranged the flight details, but all the health certifications, and also an agent to bring him through customs on the USA side. On the date of the flight, they didn’t take animals because there was a malfunction in their climate control. Annabel was off, but Jason took over and even stayed late to make sure my puppy got on the flight and he let me know when he was on board. During the wait for the flight, my puppy was put in a wonderful facility where the airline officials and workers allowed him to play, get water, and get spoiled by them. They even sent me pictures! If ever, you need an animal transported anywhere I would highly recommend this company, and I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to! Thank you again you are fantastic!

We were absolutely terrified of our move to USA as Kemi our little 2yr old cat was quite a nervous cat. But honestly the people at PBS were so lovely. I made many panic calls and sent emails with crazy questions but they always answered and completely put our minds at rest. It was faultless from start to finish. Kept us aware at every step. Annabel is amazing ….. and very patient and understanding. Kemi is all settled and still loves to lay in his crate 🤣

PBS were amazing with helping relocate our cat to Spain. They knew what they were doing and guided me every step of the way answering all my questions.

Most important (to me) however, was the fact that they are effective and timely communicators and they replied to all my emails quickly and comprehensively.

I requested at least 5 quotes from 5 different companies and I made my decision based on customer service more than the quote itself.
The support I got from Annabel was so professional and she made us feel really comfortable with the choice we made. I totally recommend PBS for any one wanting to move your pet abroad.

As part of a move from the UK to the U.S., my dog had to fly alone, several days ahead of me. Annabel and the team at PBS Pet Travel put my mind at ease from the beginning of the process, with their knowledge of logistics, good relations with airlines, and prompt and comforting communication. She patiently helped me settle on the right airlines and other details for the travel and helped guide me through the necessary paperwork. The trip itself went very smoothly. I was still slightly anxious the morning of travel, but it was so clear that Nigel, who picked up my dog from home, is an animal person and would do everything he could to make the journey secure and relaxing. Annabel sent updates to let me know the status of the flight, and the dog arrived safe and sound! Would definitely recommend PBS Pet Travel.

Our three Australian kelpies were so well looked after and so happy when they arrived at Heathrow. Splendid service, splendid staff and happy dogs!

I just recently moved my 2 dogs back to Canada from the UK & PBS did an exceptional job helping me through what needed to be done. Communication was easy, & quick, & they were patient with me regarding all the ongoing questions I had. It’s very hard to move your animals especially a far distance, but thank you PBS! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they put your mind at ease during & after the commute. My babes are now safely home, & there wasn’t a single issue that I had. I can’t thank you guys enough!
