We moved from the UK to Thailand and PBS made this as easy as possible for us. The only work we had to do really was to take our dog to the vets for the vaccinations and health check up, the rest was done by PBS. Export permits, DEFRA certs, helping us find an importer in Thailand and even collection of our dog and check in at the airport.

Highly recommend!

We relocated from the UK to Austria with two cats, and PBS pet travel really went above and beyond to make this fairly stressful time a lot less stressful.

As you can imagine trusting a company to relocate your family pet is no easy task. After much research we decided to use PBS & Snoopy Pets who worked together to transport our little dog from the UK to Dubai. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and better experience. Their communication was outstanding and the process was seamless.

PBS Pet Travel is amazing. They went above and beyond to arrange travel for our 9-year-old golden from the UK to the US. The team was very responsive and worked out every small detail to make the trip for our precious pup as easy as possible. Highly recommend PBS Pet Travel.

Fantastic experience, from start to finish. I was let down by another pet travel 'specialist' who threw last minute issues at me with no proposals for resolving them. I googled, then contacted PBS and spoke to Annabel who went more than just the extra mile to arrange my dog's travel from Bath to Barcelona. It was all very last minute, with just a few days to go, everything was arranged. From delivery of travel crate, arrangement of the appropriate documents, pickup from Bath, vet check and certification then overnight kennels at Heathrow. Flight on time, arrived in Barcelona. Customs clearance was arranged also via PBS, and delivery to my front door in the centre of Barcelona. I cannot recommend enough. If you go elsewhere for your pet travel needs, you're an idiot.

Fantastic help and assurance from all at PBS especially Annabel in the UK in a very successful journey for Angel our cat to join her "mum" in Zambia from the UK . Everything arranged well each end talking to vets etc at each end , great pick up from Wimbledon , a long journey for Angel but thanks to PBS stress free for us and Angel . I'd say the best people for giving your pet a safe journey abroad one way or return . Simply the best many thanks John .

If you are looking to transport your pet overseas, I can very highly recommend PBS. The folks at PBS are so wonderfully professional and extremely friendly. Moving my two kids(Pomeranians) back to Colorado from England using PBS made my life simple. Best of all they were in touch when the dogs were placed in the aircraft and when they landed and cleared customs. Highly recommend using PBS.

We just used PBS to move our nervous Romanian rescue from the UK to the USA (very well travelled dog at this point!) And it was a great experience. Annabel was very helpful and answered my many queries and concerns throughout the process. They managed to prepare and have everything ready for the move very quickly.
On the day of travel, our dog was collected bang on time and transported to the airport. I was messaged at each stage - arrival, check in and once they had boarded. There were no issues on the other side and our dog was available to pickup in the time stated.

I also found PBS to be the most affordable quote when looking at other options. I did need a new crate (my mistake with measurements!) and they arranged for a new affordable one to be delivered right away to get our dog used to it.

I was very anxious about flying our dog over in the cargo hold but it was as stress free as it could be. Thank you for everything!
