Was moving my large labradoodle from UK to US. With the limited flight availability to Miami and the concern with heat embargoes, this was a daunting and anxious task. I spoke with some of the biggest companies and ultimately settled on PBS, not because of price (although they are quite compete and fair), but it was the personal attention and sensitivity of their staff that made them great. Huge thanks from us to Sophie and Jason for being available to address our concerns, no matter how petty, relieve our anxiety with your sincere empathy, and most importantly for getting our best friend here safely.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was recommended PBS travel by my vet to relocate my dog Hugo from the UK to Dubai due to her previous positive experience with them. Jason was so helpful guiding me through the process always keeping me up to date. Everything went extremely smoothly and Hugo arrived in his new home a very happy dog! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from Jason and the team, kept me updated of my dog Mabel’s progress every step of the way and sent pictures to ensure she was taken care of. Would definitely recommend PBS to take care of your pets relocation.

Me and my wife moved to Japan from UK, and wanted to take our 1 and half year old cat with us. At first we looked into doing it ourselves, but it was too stressful and seemed so difficult. However once we got PBS involved it became very easy and we received very clear and quick instructions and service throughout. It was a very important move for us and due to Jason and PBS we were able to progress everything comfortably and with no issues at all, even on arrival in Japan, all documents were perfect. Very happy with the service received.

We came back to Sydney from UK. It's been covid as well our dog it took 6 month to arrive but they have done a great job to get our Baby the dog out to Sydney. She is healthy as well

AMAZING! It was my first time travelling with my cat, and had to fly her from London to Miami. I was extremely anxious, but PBS Pet Travel helped me throughout the entire process. Any time I had questions or concernes they’d answer them. They had all documents prepared ahead of time and even communicated with the airline to make sure her pick-up from Miami would be effortless.
The cargo facility next to heathrow kept her in a safe spot till the flight and topped up her water whenever needed. When I picked her up in Miami she was extremely calm and no visible signs of struggle or anxiety. That’s all I needed, so couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Special thanks to Jason Bartlett for handling everything, you were amazing!!

This is the second time we've used PBS to transport our three cats and they were amazing both times! Very reasonably priced and the team are great; pleasant to deal with and always very quick to respond to emails.

PBS Pet Travel was extremely helpful in helping us move our pet stateside. They communicated effectively by email to ensure everything went over smoothly with minimum stress. They were very kind and thorough in their instructions for me with the paperwork that had to be filled out, and setting up our pets crate for travel. The pricing was very fair for the services provided and in the time frame given. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who wants minimum stress when shipping their pet.

If you are questioning to use PBS for your pet travel needs don’t do it! They are the best! My fur babies safely crossed the ocean to Denver because of Jason and Sophie and I could never express how easy it was to communicate with them! No amount of thank you’s could sum up my gratitude for how easy you made the transition. Picking my pets up from me and providing along the way notifications eased my mind! Thank you again!

Jason from PBS pet travel helped us move our cat from Scotland to California. We were on a pretty tight time crunch and he was able to get her here within a week of contacting him. Which is amazing because another company we had worked with wasn’t able to expedite the travel the same way. Jason made sure to coordinate with our customs agent at LAX. He stayed on top of everything and we were really impressed with his promptness and level of professionalism especially with having to deal with two different time zones. Our cat arrived safely with no issues and is enjoying sunny California!

Jason and his colleagues were really helpful and a calming influence on me during what can be a very stressful experience! Moving a dog over to the UAE with us meant lots of tight last-minute deadlines but it all went incredibly smoothly - thank you!

Jason is fantastic! I had bought a puppy in the UK and was bringing her to Barbados. He took the time to contact all the necessary authorities and paid absolute attention to detail. Everything went extremely smoothly and stress free. Thanks Jason and PBS!

What an emotional journey to hand over your pet to travel to a new country. PBS have been with us the whole way - over a 12 month period. Providing the right advice, quotes and keeping us sane. Our Cobberdog has landed in Melbourne from Heathrow safely into quarantine and we are so very thankful to the team at PBS who I would recommend to anyone having to transport their beloved pet overseas. I desperately contacted PBS Pet Travel a few days before me, my boyfriend and my GSD X Sharpei (Burt) were due to move from the UK to Canada. I explained to Jason that I had been let down by another company and was now scrambling to find a flight for Burt. He assured me that he would try his best and not to worry! Fast forward a mere 24 hours and Burt had a vet check and a flight to Canada booked!!! Jason was so so helpful and made our move to Canada possible. He was quick to respond to emails and to any concerns I had and he put my mind at ease, despite this being one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done! He kept me updated as to how Burt was getting on at the airport, in the waiting hold and also when he had departed. I would recommend PBS Pet Travel to anyone and everyone!!! :)

All the process was simple and reliable. Everything went smoothly with coco’s moving to Mexico City.

PBS moved our pet dog from UK to Australia. If you know anything about pet relocation, you would know that this move is one of the most complicated moves interms or number of steps and paperwork involved. On top of this, it was done through number of lockdowns etc. They are not the most expensive or the cheapest but their customer services was second to none. I have used another relocation company years ago to move to USA and paid the top money and was very dissatisfied. Sophie, who handled my dog's case was very experienced and contactable at short notice. My dog needed medications during his stay with them prior to his flight and also during the lay over for the connection flight. All was arranged as his needs. I have read few bad reviews about them on Truspilot just before I wrote this review. It is very important as a pet owner that one has a very firm understanding of the steps involved and don't expect everything to be done by the relocation company, because certain things had to be done by the pet owner. Thoroughly recommend them to everyone and I have already recommended them to a relative who is planning to move to Canada.
