Product arrived all good my only comment would be advice on install of printer and tech to contact would have made install a lot easier

I've been using PBTech since it was a single small store.
Prices are fair, the service has always been great. More importantly the products have all performed well up to and often beyond expectations. I never go anywhere else.

PB Tech is a legitimate IT product retailer with online and physical stores. The website is easy to use, prices are generally good, multiple payment options available (including POLi) and delivery prompt. Communication via e-mails is frequent but not over-used. I returned faulty goods once and while that was an involved process, it worked and PB Tech offered options including a refund.

PB Tech are always supplying the goods for a great price. Have been purchasing from PB Tech for a few years now, and PB Tech are always my first choice whenever I have a tech problem with a phone (mine or my kids). Fast shipping/Collection every time I order. Products are always as listed. Good customer service in person, and on the phone. Would definitely recommend PB Tech :)

Always quick and efficient service and pricing.

Went into PBTech a month ago and was not that happy… staff member seemed to be too busy trying to upsell. Second visit last week was a totally different experience, talked to a different person and he was so helpful. He talked honestly about the pros and cons of different options and I bought a replacement laptop at half the price and better functionality. It works really well with my existing setup and would thoroughly recommend PBTech. I will be back.

I ordered printer ink on the saturday and it was delivered rural for me 1st thing monday morning!
Not only were they the cheapest to buy from, there delivery was awesome!

Great range, fast delivery and competitive prices

I purchased two Segway lite kids scooters I was expecting delivery within a couple of weeks which is what the online order status told me. I was then informed that it was delayed via an email. I followed up a couple of weeks later via phone and via my account and was told they would get back to me they didn’t. I then followed up another a couple weeks later and still did not hear back extremely poor experience. The engagement and customer service via PB tech was horrendous. Not to mention missing both my kids birthdays! They took 2 months to arrive!! Interestingly I was not given an automated opportunity to provide a review which suggests to me they are influencing the NPS rating.

Very little to no customer service. I purchased a clock radio valued at $300 it doesn't receive an FM signal at our location.
It isn't fit for purpose, I sent it back and after a month they sent it back to me. There was no communication and no response from the more than 5 times that I contacted them.

I purchased a new phone for my grandson. I was very happy with my purchase and the price was great.very impressed with the delivery time. Had no problems with this company since signing up three years ago
