I had an issue with the delivery time of my order. The provider of PC Canada did not deliver on time. I had the best help from Yenny Justavino. She was extremely helpful and nice. She solved all the billing issues the cancellation of the order and offered several alternatives to help me deliver my project in time.
This is the kind of service you can expect from an excellent customer/client-driven person.
Just because of the experience I had with Customer Support with Yenny Justavino in English, French and Spanish I will go back to PC Canada in no time.

Phenomenal prices for their products. Customer service is great and their response time is very quick. The only thing is the price of items could change depending on if they have them in stock or if there’s a demand. Even though they have pretty much the lowest prices on most products, price changes can happen rapidly. They will only give you the price it goes for on that day (which doesn’t help when you already gave your client a quote). I wish they would honour their prices for a few days or at least tell you how long the price for that item is on sale for.

I would give zero stars if I could. read terrible reviews of this site online before purchasing but the price was good so I gave them a chance. As many reviews have stated, you place the purchase on the website at a given price, only to have PC-Canada.com come back and tell you the price is substantilly higher once they have taken your payment info. I ordered a gaming headset for $104, they contact me in the morning saying they had incorrect information on the payment so i phoned them to verify, then later in the day I get an email saying the promotional price is over and the headset it $194. Looks like all the bad reviews on other sites are justified. Stay away!!!
