I had an issue with the delivery time…

I had an issue with the delivery time of my order. The provider of PC Canada did not deliver on time. I had the best help from Yenny Justavino. She was extremely helpful and nice. She solved all the billing issues the cancellation of the order and offered several alternatives to help me deliver my project in time.

This is the kind of service you can expect from an excellent customer/client-driven person.

Just because of the experience I had with Customer Support with Yenny Justavino in English, French and Spanish I will go back to PC Canada in no time.

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service! Quick and accurate responses. 4 stars only because of a small error in their inventory numbers, causing me to order an item that was back ordered. Would highly recommend buying from them!

Awesome Service

Fantastic service. Always helpful and best pricing. I have searched the entire world to get the Thermal Printer cheaper but I couldn’t find. Called them and they still gave me discount!!! Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking for best service and products.

Michelle Kenemy Is a jerk! Won’t price match won’t let you return unopen items. Will never purchase from shady PC anymore. No customer service no after sales service. Stick with big store like Best Buy or staples!

She is a huge asset to your company, and was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly to me over the phone. I will definitely return to your website for future purchases. Phenomenal prices for their products

Phenomenal prices for their products. Customer service is great and their response time is very quick. The only thing is the price of items could change depending on if they have them in stock or if there’s a demand. Even though they have pretty much the lowest prices on most products, price changes can happen rapidly. They will only give you the price it goes for on that day (which doesn’t help when you already gave your client a quote). I wish they would honour their prices for a few days or at least tell you how long the price for that item is on sale for.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. read terrible reviews of this site online before purchasing but the price was good so I gave them a chance. As many reviews have stated, you place the purchase on the website at a given price, only to have PC-Canada.com come back and tell you the price is substantilly higher once they have taken your payment info. I ordered a gaming headset for $104, they contact me in the morning saying they had incorrect information on the payment so i phoned them to verify, then later in the day I get an email saying the promotional price is over and the headset it $194. Looks like all the bad reviews on other sites are justified. Stay away!!!
