PCA are one of my go ro companies. Their customer service is exceptional. Nothing is ever a problem.

I use your company all the time and will continue to do so. The one piece if feedback I would say is it would be better if products that are out of stock are removed from the options as there has been many occasions where I thought you had the blank I needed and then its out of stock. Other than that, you're a brilliant company. Thank you

Pca blanks items are of a high standard there customer service is brilliant and they have alot of items to choose from.

Pca blanks have been nothing but amazing for me within my small business always there to answer my questions regarding temps and times for sublimation and even Went out there way to find me a blank I needed over a lll an hour 11/10 from me well done guys and girls x

Nothing but good communication from this wholesaler, my items come so fast and they have a massive stock of things. They have a little hiccup last year due to pre orders which was out of there control but delt with it well. Thank you for your great customer servise.

I ordered around 24 Easter tumblers and when I received them, 18 of them was cracked.
Very unhappy

Sent wrong items, then finally sent new ones which were wrong again. All were damaged also so unable to be used. Nightmare to deal with, communication is really lacking. Took over 2 weeks to “deal” with my problem but was never fully dealt with.

Absolutely fantastic staff, stock and business. Always extremely helpful, so friendly and patient when helping me with my orders, answering questions and helping keep my anxiety in check whilst being caring and considerate. Such lovely people face to face and online, I love visiting their shop too. Always going above and beyond to help with everything. Highly recommend :)

I’d give no stars if possible. I ordered back in sept (19th) for Xmas stock and till today I have nothing. I emailed 3 different emails I’ve been given and they ask for a order number and never reply. Worst communication ever. Safe to say I’d never use this site again. They won’t to milk every penny from you and not ship goods. They have not responded to clearpay either and took them off their payment method. Nice one pca blanks

never known a more unprofessional company so so rude and abrupt. i placed a order that came a month later than expected… all the wrong items after several email i got a reply too say i either keep or return. then no response too my reply too that… facebook posts constantly being abrupt and rude

Ordered numerous things from this company and at first the items were delivered but there was a delay....no communication in how late it was going to be. Ordered 3 other times and none of my stuff came and I had to let customers down.... Ihave repeatedly messaged this company but had no reply from them. I even commented on how bad the service was on one of his posts and it was removed and then I got a private message through Facebook to say he didnt owe me anything. On my account all of my orders are unfullfilled and I sent him the screenshots with no reply.. I have now got my creditcard company to help me reclaim the money...Lots of people are saying how good the company are but in my experience really really bad. I wo't be ordering from them again.

Awful customer service had to ask 3 time for a refund on a product that hadn’t been sent he then sent squidgames toys out that were advertised at 35 cm but only measured 25cm so I returned as they were miss sold asked for postage to be refunded also been totally ignored again terrible company won’t order again

Ordered some Halloween and Christmas stuff that were pre-orders the latest meant to be getting to them end of August. Now October 9th and no items. I understand sometimes things can take a tiny bit longer but not even an email to explain and give an estimate.

The customer service is terrible I emailed 3 times, messaged on Facebook and even left a comment on a post and still no one has gotten back to me. I have now just moved house so the parcel won’t even go to the right house and I also messaged to try and change the address.

I’m not gonna have my Halloween stock for this year as it getting late for Christmas too. I did all my Christmas blanks shopping here as some good deals but now I fear they will arrive way to late.

Can see it being a really good company but shouldn’t have taken on so many orders if they could not deliver.

Would probably not shop here again
