I still cannot do what I want . I like to play the games but I still can't get into them. WHY????

My license code does not work. My computer said license codes cannot have the letter N in it. My license code has 1 N in it. I don’t know what to do now.

The download instructions are terrible, and they don’t tell you that it’s not a download you have to burn the software onto a DVD. Then they charge a restocking fee when they issue a refund. Absolutely garbage experience

IT TOOK ME AWHILE BUT I DID INSTLL THIS 2016 VERSION. I USED ALL THE HELP I COULD FIND ON SITE.. THANK YOU.

Still in the process of copying download to USB drive. So far so good.

It took several hours to finally download to windows 10 from windows 7 but it was straight forward and easy to process.

Download was quick, but once downloaded it requires you to enter Confirmation ID which doesn't work.

I purchased a keyfor the Word, Excel and PowerPoint and followed the instruction to the letter for my new HP. BUT, since it was new it had a temporary MS Office installed. The instructions say nothing about deleting, unlike my husband's who bought from another company. When I got a delayed reply to chat I was told basically I was out of luck. Their directions were the problem! And apparently no way to communicate voice to voice.

paid for key and didn't receive one after purchase. After 3 hours I emailed asking about my key. 8 hours later i got my key.. whole thing felt very sketchy

Ordered two Office keys from them. One said it had already been used on another machine. I have been emailing them for over a MONTH trying to get a refund for the bad key. They don't reply. I'm out $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Try SoftwareMax or impkeys instead. PC Destination is a fraud and their customer service is terrible.

Quick and easy except for email with product license.

After purchasing a USB from someone else on line(which did not work), I bought your download which worked beautifully. I believe the USB was not compatible with my previous program. I did much research, a lot of wasted time, I finally gave up and downloaded windows 10 from your company. I was disgusted and could not return the USB (passed the return date.) I just sat and watched the progress. A real no brainer for a non-tech person. The computer does all the work. :-)

Purchased Office this year (2020). Bought a new laptop and needed to transfer the software. Had the license key, invoice and all supporting docs. Called and emailed them multiple times as I needed to work. NO RESPONSE BY EITHER IN 7 DAYS! Had to purchase Office again. Finally 7 days later, Steven emailed me. Shame on them! If it takes 7 days to respond by phone or email, you can't rely on them....or, they have so many tech support problems they can't handle the sheer numbers of unhappy customers.

Says Windows is not activated on my PC yet and that o need to buy a legitimate product key. I bought it from you
