Key didn't work, and they didn't answer my calls or emails and it's been over a week. Absolutely not a company to buy from, go to G2A if you need these keys cheap, they wont screw you over.

Downloading went smooth. Activation was straightforward after reading guidelines. However, activating Outlook, I am having trouble with the so called IMAP and email address. I am researching to resolve the issue. I could not find a support in the form of chat with someone to guide me through. I have no further comments. Thank you.

Believe the negative comments. I recieved my product key but it never worked. I emailed the company because i could never talk to a real person on the phone. I had one email reply and that was it.. never fixed my problem and it had been 2 Weeks. Tomorrow i will ask a refund to my credit card.

I have used PC Destination multiple times to purchase Lifetime versions of MS office for personal and professional use. Each time things have worked out well. There are a few occasions where the code received did not work for me so went on the chat feature on their website and was helped immediately. They always work hard to make it right and it's nice to be able to purchase this software such a low cost.

I bought a digital download of Windows 10 Professional for $54.99. The activation key was NEVER sent and was not located anywhere in the downloads in my account or email. My order was instantly changed to completed and the charge is pending on my debit card but the company has not delivered on the instant product, as stated. From viewing other reviews here on Trustpilot and the BBB, it seems this company uses fraudulent practices as this on a regular basis. I would like an instant refund or better yet the activation key for the product purchased. The company uses a shared office space address in Tampa and the information on their SunBiz account with Florida is not accurate as it appears the phone number is a Google number and the address belongs to someone else.

Fraud. I strongly warn against purchasing anything from PC Destination. I paid $99 for Microsoft Office 2019, but the product key I received did not work - it had already been used. I tried to contact PC Destination multiple times via phone and email, but received no reply. Finally I disputed the charge on my credit card.

Excellent experience it was very easy to get what I needed.

I am unable to register any of the Microsoft Office software because i keep getting a message that my Google Chrome does not allow cookies when, in fact, my security settings ALlOW cookies.
What's up....is your product a scam?

Was unable to activate Office 2013 with numbers provided. After several attempts to contact them about this, they never responded.

Great company, easy purchase. Unbelievably good price! Actual purchase was a piece of cake. Activation wizard did not accept licence keys. I had to activate by phone to microsoft. But I got it to work! Great product! It's the activation that takes the time...
