I purchased beats by Dr.Dre wireless headphones today @ PC Richard Levittown.This was a sale that was made quickly and easy due to the professionalism demonstrated by Cliff my sales representative.He explained and compared different brands.He is very knowledgeable he knows his job well.
Patrick Wallace, Head of Operations at Lipari which is the delivery service company for PC Richards, was exceptionally accommodating and went beyond expectations to solve my issue. His professionalism and prompt responses made the situation less stressful. I will continue to order from PC Richards due to their entire customer experience from purchase to delivery.
Horrible chain of stores staffed with arrogant and ignorant associates. Clueless employees and highest prices around. Even Best Buy is better and they pretty much suck!

I got an air conditioner for over $800 dollars. I ask if they gave out veteran's discount, I was told no. the unit is already on sale.

All I can say is that in Fifteen years whether it was the Store in Union or Watchung, NJ, they truly are a Conscious driven Retailer. I would probably never found out if it weren't for a warranty from the previous home owners, that was two months pass it's five year date, on a microwave oven that we brought to them and replaced, installed, with no attempt to up-sell, 15yrs ago. I think It might have cost us under $30.00 for everything. They had to mount it into the slot above the oven.
I have been back there at least five times since, most recently for a replacement washer, and I needed a new water line to the fridge, THEY NEVER FAIL you, if you have a problem with them, YOU are not a please able client and should go to American Freight where you will be a VALID victim.
I made the mistake of not driving 5 miles about 4 years ago, and bought Fridge from American Freight and it failed (almost on the two year anniversary), they sent a repairman once, and ignored the rest of my calls. it was two loads of groceries that went to waste, in the middle of covid, not a single person could be reached after the first service call, responded to a bad review. SERVED ME RIGHT.
PC Richard and Son in Watchung, Chris was our salesman who took care of us. The price really is as usual the price with no attempts to up-sell. DELIVERY is always by their own installers who are worthy of every bit of praise as the sales force.
I should have submitted these reviews years ago, So if anyone of importance is reading this from the company, please go and compliment Chris (and Michael was there when I went back to buy), The installation teams, They are a REAL conveyance of your Values, EVERY purchase over the years.... AND don't sell out to a jerk off company for another 30yrs,
I bought a Bosch Dishwasher. I had to wait two week to receive service. Customer service is not as good as in the past.
I purchased an Air Conditioner from the PC Richards in Riverhead, NY and had a great experience. Joe C was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. Great price on a great product. Will definitely shop there again.
My Husband and I purchased an air conditioner on Thursday July 21. The next available date for installation was Tuesday, July 26. The AC was installed at about 2P and worked for approximately 2 hours before we heard a loud bang and it stopped working.
We called the store and were told we needed to call the service department.
Why?
It was a brand new AC that worked for 2 hours.
We spoke with the Customer Service Rep on Tuesday, July 26 and told us that someone from Metropolitan Service would call us within 24 hours. They never called.
We spoke with a salesman Wednesday eve (July 27) and they submitted a request for a new replacement unit. I spoke with a salesman in the store Thursday AM (July 28) and was informed the earliest delivery was Saturday (July 30). This is unacceptable. We should have been squeezed in on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
My family and I have been loyal customers of PC Richards for well over 19 years. This was most certainly NOT exemplary customer service.
Moving forward we will take our business elsewhere.

Unbelievable! In August 2021 I purchased two Frigidaire air wall air conditioners after purchasing an apartment in Brooklyn. One was not getting the room cool at all. In fact, it was heating up and the unit was very hot. I had to return it. The other air conditioner from day one until NOW keeps shutting on and off. These air conditioners are either refurbished without customer knowledge or they are absolute garbage. Very poor quality and construction. The unit literally shuts off every 2 minutes. Do not buy this product. The specific information is below:

The worse. If you aren’t paying attention the sales people will lie and try make a sale. Make promises they can’t keep on next day deliveries and blame the customer when THEY “PC RICHARD'S” are in the wrong. It’s no wonder the store is always empty, no one wants to deal with this. I even had a sales person ask me to submit a review and he did absolutely nothing for me. He went as far as to tell me to give him 5 stars for NOTHING. Purchased a 1200.00 wall mount AC. Delivered/installed. Asked them to turn it on. Wouldnt power on. They said someone will call tonight and they left. No call. Stopped by store twice the next day,they said he will call by 1:15,nothing. Then said they would call by 4:15,nothing. Its now 6pm,I called,they said manager gone for the day. Going to take unit out of wall,put it back in the box and bring it back for a return tomorrow.
I ordered a refridgerator from P.C. Richard & Son 3/13/2022 by 4/13/2022 I still haven't recieved it, I finally called customer service and they swap the refridgerator out for something else that they had in stock. My delivery date was now schedule for Satuday 4/16/2022. When the delivery men arrived they didn't bring the refridgerator upstairs they came upstairs speaking in Spanish measured the door and told me that the refridgerator wouldn't fit through the door even if they took the doors to the refridgerator off. The broken refridgerator that is currently in my home measures from back to front with doors on is 29 1/4. The new refridgerator that I purchase was 29 3/4 with doors on. When I told them to bring the refridgerator upstairs they told me NO, they told me No to taking the doors off and then got into the truck and drove off. The delivery men had an attitude, rude and point blank didn't want to deliver the refridgerator, nor do the work such as taking off the refridgerator door to bring it into my home.
Order the same 18.2 cubic feet Whirlpool refridgerator from Lowe's received it 2 days after I ordered it. They brought it upstairs took the refridgerator doors off and brought it in to my home set it up and took the old one out.

Went to PC Richards in Manchester. Bought a stove from the “scratch and dent” was told that it was the floor model. Got it home and the bottom oven didn’t work. Called the salesman ans he says that I need to call Samsung. Did that….2 months later I still don’t have a range. They tried to swap me for a “cheaper” range. What I also learned is that if they offer you something for “Free” and they take the price of the item off the appliance you are buying and charge you for the “Free” Item what they are doing is screwing you if you need to return the appliance because they will say that you paid a cheaper amount and only give you back what is on the receipt for the appliance and won’t take back the “free” item. They also told Samsung that the range I bought was used when it was new.
This company is the equivalent of a really really bad used car sales lot. We bought a Boush dishwater ( not cheap) and when it was delivered we called our own plumber to install it. The minute we turned it on it didn't work, we called Newington PC Richards where it was bought and they said they would send someone out ( how bout just giving us a new one) 30 days go by and some guy comes from Boush to fix it and he tells us it was a loose wire, all set he says.
We turn on ( or try to) and we have the same problem Error code 10, we want PC Richards to replace it and they refuse, now they want to send another repair person out in another 3 weeks. So we buy something brand new and for close to three months we can't turn it on, great place to do business, THEY SUCK
Do not believe reviews posted on pcrichard.com. They cherry pick which ratings are posted on their site. I posted the below review and they removed it.
After much online searching for a new washer, I settled on this Maytag MHW6630HC, mainly because of size restrictions in my home. PC Richard was supposed to set-up the new washer and haul away the old one; neither happened. I had to go out of my way to find someone to install (it is very heavy) and when I finally got it working it started to give me trouble after the 5th wash! It started to make a humming sound and then would not take cold water, even though it worked just fine before that. I contacted PC Richards to return the defective washer for a refund, explaining all of the hassle of trying to get the washer set-up and working. Because of my size restrictions, I could not just replace with any washer and I mentioned I just wanted to get refunded (so I can move on from this ordeal). PC Richard ultimately agreed and they picked it up. Low and behold, PC Richard is trying to pull a fast one on me and provided a store credit and not a refund to my credit card. Needless to say, I have contacted my credit card company to resolve the matter and will not be purchasing from PC Richard again.
PC Richard & Son Sells Me a new TV with No Remote and refuses to make the situation right even though they unboxed my TV in the store to make sure it worked. What dirt they are. I discover this when I bring the TV home. The LG TV I bought needs a remote to be set up. PC Richard and Son refuses to deliver a remote and compensatory HDMI cable to me. Very sleazy company after I spend $2K on a new TV.
