Been waiting 2 months to have my stove…

Been waiting 2 months to have my stove burner fixed. He shows up today and doesn’t have the part. What a joke. I used to like this place. Costumer service is awful. Make it right guys. Ridiculous.

Incompetence to the highest degree

If there was an option to not select any stars, I would. I have been without a working refrigerator for 3 weeks now. I could not host Thanksgiving as I usually would as the technicians and customer service staff are completely incompetent. I called many times to have my issued taken care of and I hear is we will order the parts. Low and behold, the right parts were not ordered and the sent a technician to the house to put in a new ice maker in a frig that is inoperable. Does this make any sense?! I have taken off many days from work to be here for service and again I do not have a working appliance. I also asked to speak with a Manager and the CSR puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. I bought a very expensive warranty for a reason and I am completely unsatisfied. I was also told that they could send me a loaner but that would take some time. I ask you, "where am I supposed to put this loaner, in my living room?!". I need someone to rectify this immediately and I will not take any other resolution then PC Richard will replace my frig. This is crazy. You can rest assured that I will bring this to your corporate office as well and take legal action. Thank you.

*DO NOT BUY FROM PC RICHARD & SON* I…

*DO NOT BUY FROM PC RICHARD & SON* I beg you guys, please just go to Best Buy. They sold me TWO broken appliances, one was a GE washer dryer that malfunctions constantly, another is a broken Samsung TV. I emailed customer service and they NEVER got back to me, I had to contact them several times to even get someone to assist me. Then they sold me a Samsung TV that is also malfunctioning and broken. I am so devastated, I spent 4k+ at this establishment. Terrible customer service, the individual who helped me on the phone was beyond rude, told me it would be WEEKS before someone could assist me. Please please PLEASE save your money and time and go buy from Best Buy.

THE BIGGEST disappointment ever..

THE BIGGEST disappointment ever... On Friday, 11/15, I got a delivery of a gas stove oven and a refrigerator by two men who DID NOT speak a word of English (I am an immigrant myself and am not racially biased.) I have neighbors who got appalled by what they had witnessed and will confirm. The delivery men could not comprehend the rules of our coop development (delivery through the basement only, covering the item with a cardboard paper to prevent from possible damage of the unit or the hallway walls, THEY COULD NOT SPEAK!!!) As a result, they left a dent on the front panel of the refrigerator, scratched the entrance to the apartment and the kitchen (have pictures). The refrigerator is sliding back and forth from the niche and makes noise. I have contacted the store management who promised a replacement on 11/22. My complaint is against delivery company - their manager, Manuel, failed to answer my questions. His response was, "What do you want, no one wants to do this job." ????? IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS!!! i paid money and purchased 8-year warranty for each item, and the store was very happy to get this big money from me. No one takes pride in their job anymore... Who can help me before I extend this complaint to the CFPB level?

We purchased the Electrolux wasing machine...

We purchased the Electrolux, American-made washing machine one year and three months ago and we also purchased additionally a five-year additional warranty. One month ago the washer stopped working. We called for service, mechanic came one week after the call was placed. The tech troubleshoot the problem and ordered the part. We waited for two weeks. Another mechanic came to install the part and informed us that the wrong part was ordered and told us that it was a mistake and ordered another part. So far one month passed by. The mechanic was supposed to come today, but he told us that the part was not sent to him or came in defective and the third appointment has to be rescheduled when the mechanic gets the "right" part
Due to PC Richard's negligence, we have been suffering without a washing machine for one month or even longer.., We still do not know when the problem will be resolved...
Please keep in mind this review before buying from PC Richards.

Will not shop here again

lI purchased a frigidaire a/c which was horrible, loud I couldn't even sleep. I spoke to the store manager and my sales person and they would not accept it back because the tech that came said it was fine. I contacted my cc commpany and they negotiated selling me a replacement and I would pay the difference. The replacement is just as bad and now they will not giv eme my money back they want me to come into the store and pick out a new one. I will not do that I told them I only want a refund. They said no.

Excellent customr service at PC Richard's-113-14 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills

I recently was at the PC Richard's location at 113-14 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY. I dealt with Mithun. He was one of the best salespersons I have ever dealt with. He was knowledge, courteous and not too aggressive. PC Richards, this location and this salesperson is strongly recommended.

Delivered today error message E2 on the 1st wash

I just received a portable washer from PC Richard and Son delivery team. I pruchased an avanti washer and it did not arrive in a box and is missing the noise canceling bottom attachment. I dont bother to question it because i want to start washing some laundry and i am also black and a woman so customer service is never what it should be. I immediately hook up the washer and begin to run it. ( 1st load ) Once it came to draining the water during the rinse cycle its was dripping the water out, after a few minutes the error message "E2" came up. I called pc richard and explained what happened the agent told me that a company named K and D would call me Monday. I decided to check the bbb for the busness name and it said the company is not a buisness. 1st day 1st wash and i get an error. Now i think 🤔 dang this didn't come in a box, its missing a part, and wonder if the sn reused. I should not have purchased online. I have had good experiences in store. To be continued after Monday 10/28/24

P.S. i would not say this experience deserves that 1 star, but i dont think i can write the review without selecting any stars.

10 Months of a new oven range that has never worked and was replaced with another with the same issues!!!!!!

We purchased a new oven range over 10 months ago, it has never worked!!!! numerous repairs that never corrected the problem, they replaced it with another one of the same brand and it is nothing but junk after several repair attempts again, we decided to go with a Bosch range instead, they were supposed to install it on 10/15/24, they rescheduled then on 10/18 and again on 10/24 they were were going to come today to install it and then cancelled saying they cannot get the credit applied to the new Bosch range as promised to compensate us for all the aggravation of not being able to use the oven both ovens for 10 months!!!, aside from that our house is propane and when the workers hooked it up they hooked it up wrong, the oven got red hot and we shut it down immediately, we live in Boonton Township NJ, NEVER would we recommend anyone to buy anything from PC Richards, we are elderly and have been nothing but kind and patient with them and all they have done is take advantage of us, they are a disgrace to deal with and should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Pc Richard’s. My experience with Brahm in the Paramus…

My experience with Brahm in the Paramus nj store was excellent. He is professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the Paramus store and Brahm.

I recently purchased a mattress

I recently purchased a mattress from pc richards 2229 nesconset highway lake grove, n.y. I was helped by Rich V., manager of store, who was extremely helpful and patient.
Rich took care of my needs without disappointment. I have been a customer of pc richards for over 30 years and have not yet been disappointed. All of your sales reps should be like Rich V, very satisfying and honest.

Horrible Delivery Service

This is the third time I've tried to get in touch with PC Richards in a month to get my washer-dryer fixed. The first time I had scheduled to setup my washer-dryer unit I received a huge window and their delivery service was still more than two hours late. Then, despite many, many instructions not to do so, they opened up a valve and nearly caused water damage to my apartment. They left behind several parts and said the job was finished but it turned out that they had not installed a vent (which was part of the job). When I called to complain, they sent two separate people to my home without tools or the knowledge that they would need to fix a vent. Horrible service, will be placing a call to the BBB.

Poor customer service experienced

Poor customer service experienced with dishwasher. Wide installation window had me waiting all morning on a weekend and then unit arrived damaged. Customer service was indifferent and begrudgingly replied to my time requests to reschedule. Follow up contacts with customer service were also met with indifference.

Unit was eventually installed without issues but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I was just at the store on 86 Street in…

I was just at the store on 86 Street in Manhattan looking for a 24 inch television. Everything they showed me was too expensive as I was leaving. I saw 2 -24 inch TVs off to the side. Both were the were within my price range. I gave it to the sales assistant an LG tv. He rang it up and I said why is it so 30% off he told me flat out, it was the last one we had. We just wanted to get rid of it. I got it Home and it was missing two components the screws for the legs and the adapters for the TV to the cable box I went back and had the sales assistant, and the manager tell me that even though it shown in the picture as included in the box, it’s not included in the box. That’s when I found out that I had a floor model and then sold me adapter. That was the cost of the adapter back to the same price of paid if I bought a brand new one this is disgraceful friend I had a friend Mike Donnelly, who worked for your company and I never had an issue like this , they flat out lied the manager and the sales assistant , neither say I won’t be using that store anymore or maybe any of your stores. How far are you’ve fallen.

I totally agree with everyone that gave…

I totally agree with everyone that gave them 1star!!! Customer Service (especially Managers) treat you like crap after you’ve purchased an item… I purchased two very expensive TVs from them had problems both times.. just purchased a 80inch Samsung and when it was delivered they only checked to see if it turned on my plugging it in wall never looked at anything else when I got someone to mount it on wall the piece that was supposed to be connected to TV was just laying in box not connected to TV I called and told them what I was experiencing they sent out a Tech and offered to fix it not replace it… mind you I only had the TV for 2 WEEKS!!! Manager gave me such a hard time because I told him you sold me a defective TV and the only thing the manager was saying was (the tech) said he could be repaired and he wasn’t going to swap it out for another one… I threatened to call Consumer Protection and the State Attorney General Office then he said well if you can get the TV back to them they would swap it out for another… I had to pay someone to borrow their truck to get it back to them and the manager kept repeating if the screen was cracked (just a little bit he wasn’t going to except it!! Mind you a crack screen WAS NOT the issue!! They even wanted to charge me $250 just to mount it and the bracket was already on the wall!! I have a P.C. Richard credit card and I have spent alot of money with these crooks but I promise myself I will not go through this again cause it wasn’t the first time they’ve given me problems!! The managers talk to you like you’re a piece of “crap” I will not close my account out cause it will hurt my excellent credit I’m gonna let them do it but I promise you I’ll NEVER purchase anything else from them again!! Please don’t purchase the extended warranty because the only thing they offer is to fix the problem NOT replace it!!! I could go on and on about this store but I’ve wasted enough of my time writing… Go to Best Buy better merchandise and much BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and no problems returning if there’s a problem with your purchase!!!!

Don't ever buy an extended warranty in…

Don't ever buy an extended warranty in PC RICHARD AND SON!!!. They sucks !!! It's better to buy a new equipment (thus Refrigerator or any electronics). The stress that we experience is not worth it. Never buy any appliances in that store ever.

Purchase of a washer, dryer, range and refrigerator

My Wife and I went to PC Richards and Son, located at Steinway St. in Astoria Queens, and was assisted by Sales Associate, Conatantine "Gus" Demetriou, with the intention of purchasing a washer and dryer. Gus was extremely knowledgeable of the products and helped was pick out a washer and dryer that fit out needs. Gus took his time with us and as thoughtfull throughout the process. We were also contemplating purchasing a range and refrigerator in the furture, we were so impressed with Gus, that we made the additional purchase of the range and refrigerator on the spot and are now loyal PC Richard and Son customers and will recommend friends and family. This company does NOT care about their customers.

This company does NOT put their customers first. I bought a refrigerator and was guaranteed a delivery date and took off from work. The refrigerator wasn't delivered - warehouse claimed that the date I was given was the delivery date to the warehouse, not my home. So I took another day off for delivery 2 days later, but still the item wasn't delivered. I had to take another day to be home for the actual delivery. I lost 3 days of work for this and all the corporate office offered me was $150 off. Insulting.
