Useless reservation system, useless staff, no customer care

I reserved a laptop computer at PC World near Farnborough. It was in stock on their booking system . But when I got there they did not have it, and they had not even checked they had it either until I turned up three hours later. I was 50minutes waiting in store whilst staff did very little but watch me stand there. I complained by email next day and by letter that week but no response to emails, no answer to letter but given a cc number. This was six weeks ago. Chased again today. Response from help line, "err I don't know what to do now". Useless.
